Question with shoddy battle

Hi, I'm new here and I've subscribed to me help me in this issue:​

Install or shoddy, and when this happens enter:
I get like 19 servers all with 0 / 500, as if there were people on the server.
Cogo smogon server, I connect and I get to:
The network is unreachable: connect.​

Does anyone know why?
I've trying to get a shoddy months, and I hope that help me

I installed the latest version of Java and I have downloaded about 10 times as shoddy D:​

It sounds like you have some sort of firewall blocking the connections, so you're out of luck unless you can do something about that.

You know how I can remove the firewall?

I turned off the firewall and I still show the same error.

If anyone knows how to set the SB to work.

I find that I can configure it.
