Question About Suspect Ladder

Hey. I'm new to this forums so I apologize if this question is overasked or obvious. (Because it probably is.)

I've only been into competitive battling for less than a year and I only know the first 3 ladders on the Shoddy Battle Smogon server. Yet, the last ladder in the list is "suspect" and I don't seem to understand it. Can somebody explain to me? Thanks.

Suspect ladder is where Smogon battlers can test the metagame with or without certain pokemon moved around tiers. It's mainly for test purposes. Suspect ladder is usually the OU metagame, give or take a pokemon.
