Rejected - Inactive Put HP drain in the chat

When you or your opponent land a direct attack, the damage percentage shows up above the defender's head, and the damage percentage appears in chat (chat percent is more accurate if you're the defender). If the attack is something like Giga Drain where a variable amount of health is healed, the healed percentage shows up above the attacker's head, but it doesn't show up in chat. This also applies to Leech Seed and maybe Pain Split.
