Hey folks! As you might have seen, Monotype recently banned private Dracovish. As per usual in tournaments, since those changes happened after the start of the week, the tier will remained locked for this round. However, this means that past PS! update (which might already have happened - did not check), you will not be able to use Vish in a Monotype team on the main server.

smogtours usually takes a bit to get updated, so playing there is an option. Another one would be to challenge the opponent with custom rules on the main server, using the /challenge [user], [format] @@@ [rules] - Challenge the user [user] to a battle with custom rules.
[rules] can be a comma-separated list of: [added rule], ![removed rule], -[banned thing], *[restricted thing], +[unbanned/unrestricted thing] feature. For example (wild guess), /challenge Mitsuki, gen8monotype @@@ +Dracovish.
