Pokemon Syn Printer: Project Retaliation

Its been a long time, but Syn pokemon are back. Team rocket won't get us again. For a recap of what the Syn Project is, Syn, or Synthetic, is taking a pokemon, and changing it, empowering it, and breaking limits. These pokemon have been abandoned, abused, and/or traumatized. They agreed to this transformation, and will take the world by storm. May the Legends pick their sides...

Rules to Syn a Pokemon:
Add +50, +100, or +200 to a pokemons BST, depending on its evolution.
Typing must change, and it must be a duel type
Regional Varients of pokemon can get their own Syn form
Only one Syn theme per pokemon line.

Follow that format, then we can add that to the roster of Syn Pokemon

Also, while Mewtwo is one of the few that can undergo this transformation, that will wait till a later date

good point actually mewtwo is one of the select few, as is moltres, zapdos, celebi, articuno, lugia, ho-oh and others

Ok, ok, i like it. There are a few mistakes, but those are easy fixes. First, no base stat can exceed 255. Moves always have the ones digit either a 5 or a 0, same with moves, capping at 40 pp.

They never wanted to be the Deceiver pokemon, but they were weak enough they had no other choice. Mega Evolution, despite the pain, was a welcome reprieve from that lifestyle, but that energy has faded as they moved to other regions. So when the option presented itself to become a Champion instead of a Deceiver permanently, they were eager to do so.

I absolutely love it. This is a perfect example for what it needs to be! Except for the fact it keeps steel, if this is a Mawile
