Re: this series, since the Baton Pass Clause is not a Smogon-wide rule (it is implemented on a tier-by-tier basis), this match counts as a win for Dave's Dachsbuns.

Looking forward, I'd encourage that tier leaders actually check their own Pet Mod's ruleset before waving players away for asking what is and isn't banned in a tier.
