Rejected - Inactive Pet Mod Client Support

So I've been working on a Pet Mods "total teambuilder" with client mod support with Scoopapa, and I am aware Megas for All v7 is going to be the Pet Mod of the Season coming up soon. We've been working hard on making as many changes to the client code as we can to get custom mods showing up in Teambuilder, search, and battle on https://dragonheaven.herokuapp.com.

If you want to see the existing PR, click here. There's not too much for me to add, other than we are more than happy to help the other Showdown devs in preparing for PMOTS, and that we would appreciate support tremendously as it makes Pet Mods much more user-friendly (and easier to get into).

I have tried coding this and have sent a pull request on GitHub! It just needs the following ironed out:

1. The custom Pokémon do not show up in the formats. You have to type them in to make them show up, and they do not show the correct tier.
2. The custom Pokémon show up if you search for them in other formats.

Any additional input would be appreciated!
