:ss/urshifu-rapid-strike:
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Protective Pads/Salac berry/Liechi berry
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Endure
- Reversal
- Surging Strikes
- Thunder Punch/Ice Punch/Aqua Jet
Use endure to get to 1 hp and reversal becomes a 200 bp stab move.
Surging strikes is stab. Thunder/Ice Punch is coverage.
Aqua jet should be used with pads/Liechi berry for priority.
Protective Pads protect from fainting from Rocky Helmet,Iron barbs,Rough Skin.
Salac berry for +1speed,Liechi berry for +1 attack.
This set can also be used on Sticky Webs teams.
+1 252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Reversal (200 BP) vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Tapu Fini: 167-197 (48.5 - 57.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
+1 252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Reversal (200 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 131-154 (43 - 50.6%) -- 97.7% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Thunder Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 166-196 (42.1 - 49.7%) -- 89.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

This random set just bumped into my mind,

BLUNDER POLICY + ACROBATICS URSHIFU
:ss/urshifu-rapid-strike:
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Blunder Policy
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

- Dynamic Punch
- Acrobatics
- Bulk Up
- Thunder Punch / Surging Strikes / Close Combat

Probably not gonna be the best set, but still a fun gimmick to me, cuz the whole idea is to abuse your unluckiness.

I would prefer Bulk Up so that you actually doing damage(which is a bit hard and risky, but otherwise adamant won't help much), after one Bulk Up, you can use Dynamic Punch(which usually miss, I know Focus Miss fails more often, but DP seems appealing to me) and get the speed boost(so you're even faster than any :choice scarf: revenge killer), now you're free to sweep the late game, (with +1) Thunder Punch and Acrobatics 2HKO any usual urshifu switch-in after a stealth rock(making this thing fairly difficult to deal with), Edit: Surging Strike is a good STAB option to hit things like :Garchomp: who would easily tank your other moves, Close Combat can surprise those who thinks you wouldn't have another fighting type move.
In case you hit Dynamic Punch, well, enjoy your lucky day!

CALCS:
+1 252+ Atk :Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: Thunder Punch vs. 248 HP / 168+ Def :corviknight: : 202-238 (50.6 - 59.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

+1 252+ Atk :Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: Thunder Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def :Toxapex: : 146-172 (48 - 56.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252+ Atk :Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: Thunder Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def :Slowbro: : 182-216 (46.1 - 54.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252+ Atk :Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def :Tangrowth: : 244-288 (60.3 - 71.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
...and just imagine :buzzwole: buzzwole....

I think this set fits well on Volt-Turn balanced/BO teams, but in order for it to work, you need to make sure you're in the right condition, so this set isn't very viable.

Rest+Bulk Up Urshifu

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Leftovers
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Bulk Up
- Rest

Here we have a fast bulky set (that I think it may be viable since Urshifu has a good physical bulk even when uninvested). The 252 Spe+ EVs are meant to set-up faster than other bulky pokemons; also, Bulk Up allows Urshifu to use Close Combat twice in a row at the cost of its SpD.

Rest (+Leftovers for further healing) is better alongside Bulk Up to recharge its own health, as well as getting rid of detrimental status.

Surprised that nobody did this set yet, Choice Scarf Urshifu-RS:

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe (483 after Scarf)
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- U-turn
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch / Thunder Punch / Aqua Jet

The reason for not using Aqua Jet on this set is because its outspeeding every non scarf mons in ou and outspeeding every 95 Spe. Scarfer or lower. Ice Punch is useful to actually be able to hit Pult for damage, Thunder Punch for Fini and Pex, and Aqua Jet for maybe revenge killing really fast scarfers like kartana at low health i guess.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Scope Lens :scope lens:
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Surging Strikes
- Thunder Punch / Ice Punch
- Focus Energy
Still not getting notifications on this thread :pikuh:

Mad spiritual pressure around here. Purely for the meme because every other viable idea was taken. Click Focus Energy to hit crits year round like it's Christmas, troll your opponent by clicking Focus Energy and critting their checks (as if it didn't already do that).

Banned deucer.
I always used to think that Urshifu-R was a 1-Dimensional Pokemon that could only use Band or Pads to wallbreak. But, you guys proved me wrong with another awesome list of submissions.

We would be closing the voting for this cycle, and the winner is:

Congratulations! Your submission will be added to the Hall of Fame!

Cycle 67 - Nihilego

:ss/Nihilego:

While it does need support against the various Ground and Steel types in the tier, Nihilego is a rising Beast of OU thanks to Ultra Special Attack and Bulk, along with a good speed tier that outspeeds Garchomp. It has shown that it can be great against Landorus-T based cores using its Meteor Beam sets. It also seems to set up Stealth Rock against most defoggers like Tornadus-T, Tapu Fini. Moreover, it has a decent support movepool with stuff like the aforementioned Stealth Rock, Knock-off, Toxic.

Nihilego does have lots of unexplored potential in OU, and it is now up to you guys to come with some fantastic Nihilego sets.

Nihilego @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat
- Power Gem

Suicide Lead for HO teams, being the fastest Pokemon to have access to both Rocks and T-Spikes. Magic Coat bounces back Taunt from faster leads or opposing hazards.

This one was actually kinda hard to think of a decent and creative set, but here is LO Meteor Beam nihilego

Lorb (Nihilego) @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 80 HP / 176 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Meteor Beam
- Power Gem
- Sludge Bomb
- Grass Knot/Psyshock/Dazzling Gleam

Basically try to meteor beam on the switches you can force, and become an unstoppable beast with +1 spa and +1 speed thx to beast boost. Also here are a couple of fun calcs:

+1 176 SpA Life Orb Nihilego Meteor Beam vs. 252 HP / 136+ SpD Heatran: 270-320 (69.9 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

And

+1 176 SpA Life Orb Nihilego Meteor Beam vs. 248 HP / 92 SpD Corviknight: 367-433 (91.9 - 108.5%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
