Clefairy and Torterra are a good combination. Clefairy is very annoying to face thanks to Magic Guard, Encore and Thunder Wave. Torterra helps set up rocks for the team. Torterra hates status, so switching into Clefairy will prevent Torterra from being crippled by burns or poison. I decided to add Machoke as it resists Knock Off, and can break through walls thanks to Guts. Grumpig is one of my favourite Pokemon to use in PU thanks to Thick Fat, and is very specially bulky overall. Torterra worries about both Fire- and Ice-type attacks, so switching into Grumpig is essential. Avalugg is my rapid spinner and is very physically bulky, and phazes setup sweepers with Roar. Ninetales is my special sweeper and also helps with tanking Fire-type attacks.

I decided to to go with defensive Torterra and specially defensive Clefairy. I really like the idea of SD Ursaring + Healing Wish from Clefairy as it allows Ursaring to break down its own counters and sweep late game when they're or weakened. Defensive Torterra is pretty much a free switch in for Grass- and Flying-types, most notably Jumpluff which kind of breaks the core, so I added Sap Sipper Zebstrika to cover both of these types. Zebstrika also lures in and weakens Piloswine for Ursaring. At this point the team was pretty much 6-0'd by sun and to a lesser extent rain as well as speed boosting sweepers that can beat Torterra and Clefairy, so I added Ditto which covers all of those and is also pretty fun to use. For the last teammate I chose standard Carracosta because it limits Spike leads to one entry hazard, gives the team a last ditch check to Sand Rush Stoutland if Ditto has somehow fainted and Tortera is weakened (Torterra beats Scrappy Stoutland though), and provides a wincondition against faster teams that also benefits from Healing Wish. I considered Zen Headbutt because Poliwrath is still popular but the team has more than enough ways to deal with it. If the opponent has a Lickilicky make sure you keep pressuring it with Costa and Ursaring.

This team was originally made to showcase a very underrated/underused poke at the time; barbaracle. Baracles biggest stop is grass types so i decided a fire type would be a decent team mate, i changed that slot around a bit because from testing with pokes like simisear/ninetales, i felt i needed a solid fire type switch in so i chose rapidash who has recovery. Torterra completes the coincidental FWG core and is important for checking barbaracle and costa, as well as being a solid switch into pokes like pawniard. I chose toxic to cripple tangela and other fat pokes, as i have stealth rocks on clef. SDef clefairy is a really great pokemon as few pokes can consistently switch into poliwrath/simipour/etc while also providing support in stealth rocks. Knock off is nice for rose, which can be annoying while healing wish can also be used to help support baracle. Machoke was mostly chosen for offensive support as many pokes that annoy this team were weak to fighting, and priority is nice. This is another poke u can change around, ie guts cc over no guard, but i like the hax and the no def drops. Lastly Raichu helps revenge kill as it is faster than pretty much every boosted poke, while can provide momentum and the wearing down of grass types by volt switch. This team doesnt have any clear weaknesses, although rapidash can be annoying, and so can roselia if it gets a lot of sludge bomb poisons
