• Outrage is Kyurem-B's most powerful physical Dragon-type STAB, and

EVs

• 8 HP in combination with 184 Special Defense allows Kyurem-B to always take an Adaptability-boosted Hyper Beam from Modest Choice Scarf Porygon-Z.
• 252 Speed allows Kyurem-B to outspeed notable benchmarks like pre-Mega Gardevoir, Dragonite, and Diggersby, while also being able to speed tie opposing non-Choice Scarf fast Kyurem-B.
• The rest of the EVs and an Adamant nature are put into Attack to let Kyurem-B hit as fast as possible.
• Alternatively, a Lonely nature in tandem with Earth Power will allow Kyurem-B to almost always beat Magnezone. Ice Beam with a Lonely nature, though niche, will give Kyurem-B a greater chance of wearing down Sleep Powder + Synthesis variants of Mega Venusaur.
