byron missed the scheduled time and i have a pretty busy sunday, so calling activity

I was on at the scheduled time on smogon, smogtours and ps main. I checked his wall every minute for more than half an hour and he was not online. How am i supposed to know the guy is there when he isnt active or online anywhere
