EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive / Timid Nature
- Psycho Boost
- Superpower / Focus Blast
- Knock Off / Shadow Ball
- Ice Beam / Nasty Plot / Taunt

[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to its monstrous Speed, decent attacking stats, and amazing coverage, Deoxys-S can function as a great revenge killer and late-game cleaner. It outspeeds every unboosted Pokemon in OU and outspeeds plenty of boosted Pokemon as well, such as +1 Great Tusk, +1 Volcarona. and +1 Gouging Fire. Fighting-type coverage is required to hit Dark- and Steel-types that switch into Psycho Boost, like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran. Superpower can be run to hit special walls like Blissey, but Focus Blast doesn't have any stat drops and also benefits from boosts from Nasty Plot. Knock Off removes items, helping it break down walls like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu by removing Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers. Shadow Ball can be used instead if it's running Nasty Plot and to avoid being walled by Hatterene. In its last move slot, it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Dragonite, Gliscor, and Landorus-T. However, Psycho Boost hits the latter two hard anyway, so Nasty Plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if it’s running only special moves. For example, +2 Psycho Boost can OHKO Volcarona, +2 Focus Blast can OHKO specially defensive Heatran, and +2 Shadow Ball can OHKO Galarian Slowking, Hatterene, and Gholdengo. Finally, Taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, setup, and keeping Deoxys-S free from status like Gliscor's Toxic and Clefable's Thunder Wave, and also stopping Galarian Slowking from gaining momentum with Chilly Reception. Other moves Deoxys-S can run include Expanding Force over Psycho Boost if it's used with Psychic Terrain and Stealth Rock or Spikes in its last slot to take advantage of switches. A Timid nature should be ran if using Nasty Plot, but a Naive nature should be used if running a mixed set. A Hasty nature is an alternative to better take special moves like Raging Bolt's Thunderclap, but it makes Deoxys-S weaker into common priority like Extreme Speed and Grassy Glide. Tera Fighting is its premier Tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting-type coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch-ins harder. It guarantees that Superpower will 2HKO Heatran and Iron Treads and lets +2 Focus Blast OHKO Ting-Lu. It also has defensive utility, like giving it a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch. Tera Ghost can be useful on Shadow Ball sets to break past its Psychic-type switch-ins, letting it get a 2HKO on Galarian Slowking and Latias. It also gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Finally, Tera Psychic further boosts its Psycho Boosts, which lets it guarantee an OHKO into Walking Wake and Ogerpon-W and gives it a good chance to OKHO Gouging Fire. Life Orb boosts its damage output, but Expert Belt can be used instead to avoid recoil damage. However, missing out on Life Orb can cost Deoxys-S some KOs like missing a 2HKO on Clefable with Psycho Boost and losing the ability to do substantial damage to Corviknight.

Deoxys-S is best on hyper offense and bulky offense teams. Offensive teammates such as Volcarona, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls like Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Galarian Slowking for these teammates or check other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them like +1 Kyurem and Dragapult. Its Fighting-type coverage takes care of Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran, removing checks for other teammates like its own Kingambit, Dragapult, and Volcarona. Similarly, its Ghost- or Dark-type coverage lets it take out Hatterene and Gholdengo, opening up opportunities for teammates like Iron Valiant and Iron Boulder to clean up late-game. Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. This includes Pokemon like Dondozo, Roaring Moon, and Corviknight. Offensive teammates also appreciate its fast Knock Off removing items like Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers from walls like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu. Entry hazard support from teammates like Hisuian Samurott, Ting-Lu, and Glimmora help with breaking as well. Similarly, if it runs Taunt, teammates such as Kyurem and Gouging Fire like its fast Taunt denying hazards, stopping setup from opponents, and limiting recovery. While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its base 95 attacking stats are relatively low, and Psycho Boost lowering its Special Attack is less than ideal. As such, it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Corviknight and Assault Vest Primarina. Volcarona invites in Primarina and can damage it with Giga Drain. This chip damage can allow Deoxys-S to KO Primarina later in the game, while the chip Deoxys-S does to Primarina can allow Volcarona to sweep. Raging Bolt can freely switch into Corviknight and set up free Calm Minds as it switches out. Despite its massive natural Speed stat, Deoxys-S is still outsped by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon like +1 Roaring Moon, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and Barraskewda in rain. These can be covered by carrying offensive checks to these mons like Kingambit, Air Balloon Gholdengo, and Ogerpon-W. Deoxys-S is also horribly weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around Sucker Punch, and other priority like Grassy Glide and Extreme Speed hit it hard. A way around this is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit, Great Tusk, or Dragonite. Additionally, dual screen setters, like Alolan Ninetales, can help against priority and assist Deoxys-S in setting up Nasty Plots. Psychic Terrain from Indeedee is another option due to it blocking priority, and it also boosts Deoxys-S’s Psychic-type STAB moves.

[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to its monstrous speed, decent attacking stats, and amazing coverage, Deoxys-Speed can run a decent offensive set. This set is an amazing revenge killer (what are the common fast mons that it outspeeds?). It also can be used to sweep weakened teams in the late game. Fighting type coverage is required to hit dark types and steel types, like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, Darkrai, Roaring Moon, Excadrill, and Heatran. However it is forced to deal with either the stat dropping of Superpower or the low accuracy of Focus Blast. Knock Off and Shadow ball nail ghost types and opposing psychic types such as other Deoxys-Speeds, Hatterene, Iron Boulder, Slowking-G, Gholdengo, Dragapult, and Skeledirge (knock is also useful in removing heavy-duty boots, lefties, etc. which makes mons easier to break longterm). In its last move slot it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Gliscor, Landorus-T and Dragonite. However, Psycho boost hits those hard neutrally anyways so nasty plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if its mostly running special moves. Finally, taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, set up, and keeping Deoxys-S free from status. It likes life orb letting it switch moves and increasing damage on both the special and physicals side. However, life orb recoil can be problematic so expert belt can be used. It wants to hit most things super effectively anyways and Expert belt can get KO's by bluffing a choice item (u dont rly need to explain all that). Superpower is more reliable then Focus Blast and Knock Off is more useful then Shadow Ball so a set with some physical attack investment and a nature that doesn't decrease attack is recommended. It can afford to drop some speed EVs thanks to there not being much of a difference of what outspeeds it if it does (u already slashed the stuff in the set, both moves and evs, so focus on what 216 evs does etc instead). If Deoxys-S is running nasty plot, there's no reason to have physical moves so it can put those EV's back into speed and not have to lower its bulk with a negative defensive nature. Plus, max speed lets it outspeed some important targets that it doesn't with 216 EVs, like +1 Garchomp, +1 neutral nature Iron Valiant and scarf Thundurus-T (no need to explain max-max evs. talk about the 216 benchmark as i said already. also your examples are bad. most, if not all valiants are +speed and chomp and thundy are UU). Fighting Tera Type is its premier tera type, giving it stab on its fighting coverage letting it better hit Psycho Boost switch ins. It also resists bug (could mention u-turn here) and dark allowing for some defensive utility. Ghost tera type can be useful to break past its other forms of switch ins by boosting shadow ball and it gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. However, it is required to run shadow ball to make the most of it. Finally, psychic tera type further boosts its psycho boosts, which could be useful in dealing with neutral targets. (AP)

(What type of teams does offensive deo fit on? HO?)
Other offensive threats (such as?) like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into the opposing teams. It can damage walls for these teammates or KO other offensive Pokemon that outspeed those teammates. Similarly, it can outspeed and take out offensive opponents for its defensive teammates. Its psychic stab demolishes important walls like Clodsire, Toxapex, defensive Great Tusk, and defensive Zamazenta (i wouldnt mention zama here cuz its not a wall. tusk isnt exactly a wall too so i would omit that / change walls-->defensive threats or smth). Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. Teammates also appreciate it's fast knock-offs removing items. Similarly, if it runs taunt, teammates like its fast taunts denying hazards and stopping set up opponents (don't just go on mentioning "teammates". which are the teammates? how exactly are they benefitted?). While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its 95 base attacking stats are relatively low for Overused and its main stab, Psycho Boost, lowering its special attack is less then ideal. As such it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Skarmory, Corviknight, specially defensive Clefable, and assult vest Primarina. Hard hitting banded or specs Pokémon, like Dragapult, Meowscarada (i dont think meow is a very ideal example cuz it struggles vs the birbs / cant rly beat clef / cant usually risk switching in vs prim+u already mentioned a grass in rilla), and Rillaboom, and strong setup sweepers like nasty plot Darkrai, Volcarona, Iron Boulder and Dragonite can break through walls Deoxys-S can't. Rocks and spikes support from Teammates like Skarmory, Gliscor, Ting-Lu, and Clodsire help with breaking as well. Despite its massive natural speed stat, Deoxys-Speed is still outspeed by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon. Even at max Speed investment it is outspeed by +1 Roaring Moon, scarf Cinderace, +1 Greninja, scarf Meowscarada, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and more. These can be covered by having a defensive switch in that pairs well with Deoxys-Speed's typing, like Ting-Lu, Kingambit, Great Tusk, and Zamazenta (u dont rly mention a water switch-in here despite mentioning 2 waters. i would change switch-ins to check as well.). Additionally, Deoxys-S's own boosted teammates can outspeed these threats (is that true? which teammate outspeeds +1 boulder?). Deoxys-Speed is also horrible weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around sucker punches and other priority like aqua jet, grassy glide, extreme speed, ice shard, and shadow sneak (what's running sneak?) hit it hard, especially if it has a negative defense nature. A way around this is with psychic terrain from Indeedee, which blocks priority and additionally boosts Deoxys-S's psychic stab (i dont think psyspam is all that relevant in the current meta. is it worth mentioning reflect serperior as a teammate that helps it with priority?). Another option is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit, Skarmory, and Dondozo (idt dondozo is a good example cuz u see deo on more offensive teams unlike dozo).

first of all, please read the Spelling and Grammar Standards to see how smogon does things. here are a few things from this analysis to note: (obviously i wont mention everything but these are some basic stuff to ease the life of gp/qc)
  • you are writing too much, please combine sentences. for instance, for the first two sentences, you can write smth along the lines of "Thanks to its monstrous speed, decent attacking stats, and amazing coverage, Deoxys-Speed can function as a great revenge killer and late-game cleaner." it essentially means the same thing but w/o 500 lines.
  • Deoxys-Speed is always written as Deoxys-S
  • 3 examples are usually enough
  • moves (like Aqua Jet, Taunt, etc), STAB, type (like Psychic)--they are all capitalized
  • Choice Scarf and not scarf

Thanks to its monstrous speed, decent attacking stats, and amazing coverage, Deoxys-S can function as a great revenge killer and late-game cleaner (what are the notable threats that it outspeeds that makes it a greak rkiller / cleaner?). Fighting type coverage is required to hit Dark types and Steel types, like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Excadrill, but Deoxys-S is forced to deal with either the stat dropping of Superpower or the low accuracy of Focus Blast. Knock Off and Shadow ball nail Ghost yypes and opposing Psychic types such as Hatterene, Slowking-G, and Gholdengo (you wouldn't rly do enough to hatt & ghold (especially defensive) with knock. knock doesnt rly work w hatt anyway cuz fairy. similarly, sball doesnt do enough to glowking and only 1 knock does over 50). Knock Off also removes items, helping it break down walls by removing leftovers and heavy-duty boots (highlight this as the primary purpose imo). In its last move slot it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Gliscor, Landorus-T and Dragonite. However, Psycho Boost hits those hard neutrally anyways so nasty plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if it’s mostly running special moves (any notable kos?). Finally, Taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, set up, and keeping Deoxys-S free from status (status from what rly? glowking? maybe gliscor? blocking reception is nice too, don't u think?). Deoxys-S can afford to run 216 Evs in speed and put those extra EVs into attack since the only notable speed benchmarks it fails to hit are +1 Garchomp, +1 neutral nature Iron Valiant and Choice Scarf Thundurus-T, all of which are rare in OU (the qc team talked about this spread a bit and decided to remove it altogether cuz it doesnt rly do anything. not ur fault ofc just a minor edit). Fighting Tera Type is its premier tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch ins harder (which ones specifically? does it hit dark types harder? does it secure any notable KOs?). It also resists U-turns (from?) and Dark type moves (it's super frail so which ones? does it survive a kingambit sucker punch or something like that?) allowing for some defensive utility. Ghost tera type can be useful to break past its other forms of switch ins (such as?) by boosting shadow ball and it gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Finally, Psychic tera type further boosts its Psycho Boosts, which could be useful in dealing with neutral targets (any notable KOs? say, ohkoing gliscor or something?). (also reverting my last change: u can briefly mention the merits of the items since theyre slashed, preferrably in 1 line, i.e, briefly explain why 1 item would be good over another etc, dont go into details)
(remove extra space)

Deoxys-S is best on bulky offense and hyper offense. Offensive teammates such as Iron Valiant, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire, like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls (like?) for these teammates or KO other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them (like? btw booster valiant outspeeds deo-s, so this logic doesnt rly work). Its Psychic STAB demolishes important defensive checks (to those teammates, would be good to clarify) like Clodsire, defensive Great Tusk, and defensive Zamazenta, paving the way for teammates like Darkrai and Kingambit (to clean?). Similarly, it can outspeed and take out offensive opponents for its defensive teammates, like Ting-Lu, Gliscor, and Clefable (it's an offense mon). Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. Teammates (any others outside of the ones u mentioned?) also appreciate it's fast knock-offs removing items (why? does it ease wallbreaking or cleaning for offensive teammates? is there any mon in particular that hates being knocked?). Similarly, if it runs Taunt, teammates (same comment here) like its fast Taunts denying hazards and stopping set up opponents (what about recovery?). While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its 95 base attacking stats are relatively low for Overused and its main STAB, Psycho Boost, lowering its special attack is less then ideal. As such it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Corviknight, specially defensive Clefable, and assult vest Primarina. Hard hitting banded or specs Pokémon, like Dragapult and Rillaboom (well, u don't rly need to mention choice items cuz mons dont rly need them to be good breakers. besides specs pult does like 20 to prim. u might want to rework this whole point tbh, i.e, split it into 2-3 sentences probably. u could mention clef / prim answers at first & then mention mons that check corv), and strong setup sweepers like nasty plot Darkrai, Volcarona, and Iron Boulder can break through walls Deoxys-S can't. Rocks and spikes support from Teammates like Skarmory, Ting-Lu, and Glimmora help with breaking as well (i would move this point up and then talk about offensive partners). Despite its massive natural speed stat, Deoxys-S is still outspeed at max speed by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon like +1 Roaring Moon, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and more. These can be covered by carrying defensive checks that pair well with Deoxys-S's typing, like Ting-Lu, Great Tusk, and water absorb Clodsire (deo-s is not something that would be carrying defensive teammates. u should mention offensive checks to these mons instead). Deoxys-S is also horrible weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around Sucker Punches and other priority like Aqua jet, Grassy glide, and Extreme Speed hit it hard, especially if it has a negative defense nature. A way around this is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit and Skarmory (can also mention another example, preferrably something thats good into barraskewda). Additionally other screen setters, like Serperior, help as well (reverting my last change: you can briefly mention indeedee and if u do so mention eforce as well). (what do you think about talking about pressuiring shared checks? say, mons like kingambit & volc appreciate deo weakening shared checks like ting-lu etc. food for thought. u might even find more new teammates like that cuz some of them are repeating)

Fighting type coverage is required to hit Dark types and Steel types (could mention that these would otherwise come in on Psycho Boost), like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Excadrill, (Excadrill isn't super relevant right now, other Pokemon that Fighting coverage hits includes Roaring Moon, Archaludon and Heatran) but Deoxys-S is forced to deal with either the stat dropping of Superpower or the low accuracy of Focus Blast. (Maybe reword this as both have their advantages. Superpower also hits specially defensive walls like Blissey, and Focus Blast avoids the stat drops while benefitting from Nasty Plot) Knock Off removes items, helping it break down walls like Galarian Slowking by removing Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots (Capitalise item names) (Slowking-G only runs Heavy-Duty Boots, are there any examples of Pokemon that you would remove Leftovers from?). Shadow Ball can be used if its running Nasty Plot and to avoid being walled by Hatterene. In its last move slot it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Gliscor, Landorus-T and Dragonite. However, Psycho Boost hits those hard neutrally anyways so (Not sure how relevant this is as Dragonite in particular can pretty comfortably eat two Psycho Boosts with the SpAtk drop) nasty plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if it’s mostly running only special moves (You'd only use Nasty Plot on a fully special set). For example, +2 Psycho Boost can OHKO Gliscor, (Gliscor isn't a particularly important OHKO as it's a defensive Pokemon that doesn't really come in on Deo-S, other Pokemon like Volcarona or Raging Bolt might be more important to list here) +2 Focus blast can OHKO specially defensive Heatran, and +2 Shadow Ball can OHKO Galarian Slowking (This also OHKOs Ghold and Hatt if you wanted more things to mention here). Finally, Taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, set up, and keeping Deoxys-S free from status like Gliscor's toxic and Clefable's Thunder Wave, and also stopping Slowking-G from gaining momentum with Chilly Reception. Fighting Tera Type is its premier tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch ins, like Steel types, harder. (You already mentioned Fighting hitting Steel-types earlier, the next sentence explaining which ones it hits is fine) It guarantees that Superpower will 2HKO Heatran and Iron Treads and lets +2 Focus Blast be able to OHKO Ting-Lu. It also has defensive utility such as letting it resist U-turns from Pokemon like Cinderace and Rillaboom, (Both of these Pokemon blow you up with their other moves - the main defensive utility of Tera Fighting is a Sucker Punch resistance) and resisting Dark type moves allowing it to better take Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Darkrai's Dark Pulse. Ghost tera type can be useful on Shadow Ball sets (Clarify this, as you talk about it boosting Shadow Ball while this is the second option on the set) to break past its Psychic type switch ins like Hatterene by boosting shadow ball (Make this more specific - are there any kills or 2HKOs that Tera Ghost Shadow Ball secures?) and it gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Finally, Psychic tera type further boosts its Psycho Boosts, which could be useful in dealing with neutral targets, such as gurenteeing guaranteeing a OHKO on Gliscor and Landorus-T (These are good, but you could maybe list some more important OHKOs as both of these are defensive Pokemon that don't really come in on Deoxys-S while it doesn't actually OHKO SpDef Gliscor even with Tera Psychic). Life Orb boosts its entire damage output, but Expert Belt can be used instead to avoid recoil damage. (Does Expert Belt make you miss out on any key OHKOs / 2HKOs?)

Mention somewhere in Paragraph 1 that you'd use a Hasty nature with a mixed set and Timid with a Nasty Plot fully special set as this isn't explained anywhere. You could also briefly mention some other move choices that offensive Deoxys-Speed has - you talked about Expanding Force later, but Deoxys-S's last move slot is very flexible and can be filled out by options like Rock Slide for Volcarona or Stealth Rock / Spikes to take advantage of the switches it forces, up to you but this is a really versatile mon.

Deoxys-S is best on bulky offense and hyper offense. Offensive teammates such as Volcarona, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire, like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls for these teammates like Clodsire and Dondozo, (Kinda? Clodsire isn't coming in often due to Psycho Boost being super effective and Dondozo is a physical wall, while both hate that Unaware ignores the SpAtk drops. Mixed Deoxys-S sets are good at weakening SpDef walls like Ting-Lu and Blissey, while Deo-S generally helps to weaken other things like Slowking-G) or KO check (These Pokemon are usually checked by Deo-S more than anything as Dragapult in particular doesn't stay in. Also, DD Kyurem isn't KOd by even a Focus Blast and OHKOs back with a boosted attack, so it's definitely more of a check than anything) other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them like +1 Kyurem and Dragapult. Its Psychic STAB demolishes important defensive checks to those teammates like Clodsire, defensive Great Tusk, and defensive Zamazenta, paving the way for teammates like Darkrai and Kingambit to clean. (None of these Pokemon are really getting weakened by Deo-S as none of them will ever come in or stay in on it. Being able to outspeed and OHKO these Pokemon isn't bad though, it's just not breaking them for its teammates - the next sentence is a better example of things that it can weaken for other Pokemon to take advantage of, as they could feasibly try to switch in on it.) Similarly, its fighting coverage takes care of Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran removing checks for other teammates like its own Kingambit, Dragapult, and Volcarona. Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. Offensive Teammates also appreciate it's fast knock-offs removing items like Heavy Duty Boots and Leftovers from walls like Skeledirge and Alomomola. (Alomomola doesn't typically come in on Deo-S due to its poor SpDef, while Skeledirge is 2HKOd by Psycho Boost because of Unaware so should never come in, Galarian Slowking may be a better mention here. Also, removing Boots is the most important thing here, the only real defensive Pokemon that run Leftovers are Ting-Lu and Garg.) Similarly, if it runs Taunt, set up teammates such as Volconrona Volcarona and Iron Boulder like its fast Taunts denying hazards, (Volcarona runs Boots and so doesn't really care about hazards - this is an important quality, but there are better teammates to list that appreciate this, with Boulder not being the strongest pairing as another fast offensive Psychic-type) stopping other set up opponents, and limiting recovery. Rocks and spikes support from Teammates like Skarmory, (Skarmory best fits on balance, you could include a more offense-oriented hazard setter instead like Hisuian Samurott) Ting-Lu, and Glimmora help with breaking as well. (Could move this to when you talk about Deo-S using Knock Off) While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its 95 base attacking stats are relatively low for Overused and its main STAB, Psycho Boost, lowering its special attack is less then ideal. As such it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Corviknight and assult vest Assault Vest Primarina. Iron Moth's Poison STAB can nail Primarina and its Fire STAB can deal with Corviknight. (Moth doesn't really invite either of these Pokemon in and it also can't switch in on Prima / Corv U-turns on it coming in. Volcarona is a better example of a partner that would invite in Primarina and get damage off on it, while Deoxys-S being able to get chip on Primarina itself can help Volcarona to set up and win later.) Raging Bolt can always 2HKO Corviknight (Being able to 2HKO Corv doesn't mean much, it's instead noteworthy that Bolt can switch in on and take advantage of it) and Ogerpon-Wellspring can switch into Primarina and threaten it with Grass STAB. Despite its massive natural speed stat, Deoxys-S is still outspeed at max speed by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon like +1 Roaring Moon, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and more. (Could switch "more" with another example like Barraskewda in the rain. Also, Iron Valiant is probably a more relevant example than Boulder though both are fine) These can be covered by carrying offensive checks to these mons like Enamorus, Air Ballon Balloon Gholdengo, and Ogerpon-Wellspring. Deoxys-S is also horrible weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around Sucker Punches and other priority like Aqua jet, Grassy glide, and Extreme Speed hit it hard, especially if it has a negative defense nature. A way around this is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit, Skarmory, and Toxapex. (These are very defensive teammates, particularly Toxapex, that don't pair well with offensive Deoxys-S) Additionally other screen setters, like Serperior, (We don't have a Screens Serperior set listed in the dex, a better example is Alolan Ninetales. Maybe note that if paired with screens, it's best to use a Nasty Plot set to better take advantage of them) can help and psychic terrain from Indeedee blocks priority and additionally boosts Deoxys-S's psychic stab. Expanding Force should be used over Psycho Boost if running Indeedee as a teammate, since it is much more spamable. (Move Expanding Force's mention to Paragraph 1, as that's where you'd want to talk about move choices. I like this being included though)

In general, try to think about Pokemon that Deoxys-Speed invites in and weakens as well as the ones it just outspeeds and OHKOs. For example, Pokemon weak to Zamazenta would appreciate Deo-S being able to come in and force it out / revenge kill it, but Deo-S doesn't weaken Great Tusk for Kingambit as Tusk is never staying in on it unless the opponent is choosing to sacrifice it. Similarly, Iron Moth doesn't really weaken Primarina or Corviknight as neither come in on it, while it can't switch in on Primarina.

One question tho. If we're gonna go full offensive teammates, should I just remove bulky offense from the 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph?

I think Deoxys-S can still function on bulky offense, but hyper offense may be a better playstyle for it - might be good to switch the order they're listed to emphasise that, but I'll leave this up to you!

Other moves Deoxys-S can run include Expanding Force over Psycho Boost if its used with psychic terrain and Stealth Rocks or Spikes in its last slot to use in the face of take advantage of switches. (Just making it a little clearer that this value comes from Deo-S forcing switches) A Timid nature should be ran if using Nasty Plot, but otherwise a Hasty nature is fine. (Make it clear that Hasty is best if Deoxys-S is running a mixed set - you could even mention Naive being an alternative) Fighting Tera Type is its premier tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch ins harder. (Gouging Fire is only a roll to OHKO with Tera Psychic, while Clef is also a roll but it's in their favour) Life Orb boosts its entire damage output, but Expert Belt can be used instead to avoid recoil damage. However, missing out on Life Orb can cost Deoxys-S some KO's like completely missing a 2HKO on Clefable with Psycho Boost and potentially missing out on an OHKO with Ice Beam into Landorus-T. (The only Dex set for Lando-T is PhysDef and that always dies - be sure to check damage rolls against opposing sample sets, the simplest things to look for that Ebelt doesn't help against are Pokemon that Deoxys-S can't hit super effectively)

Deoxys-S is best on bulky offense and hyper offense. (Can swap these around if you'd like, but I don't really mind) Offensive teammates such as Volcarona, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire, like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls for these teammates like Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Slowking-G Galarian Slowking (Naming convention) or check other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them like +1 Kyurem and Dragapult. Similarly, its ghost or dark coverage lets it take out things Hatterene and Gholdengo, opening cleaning by teammates like Iron Boulder and Iron Valiant lacking Shadow Ball or Knock Off. (Can prob leave this off since Val likes them removed regardless) Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. (Are there any other examples of things it weakens that you haven't covered here?) Offensive Teammates also appreciate its fast Knock Offs removing items like Heavy Duty Boots and Leftovers from walls like Slowking-G and Ting-Lu. While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its 95 base attacking stats are relatively low and its main STAB, Psycho Boost, (Don't really need to specify this as you already have talked about Psycho Boost) lowering its special attack is less then ideal. As such it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Corviknight and Assult Vest Primarina. Volcarona invites in Primarina and can damage it with Giga Drain while being hard for Primarina kill thanks to special defense boosts from Quiver Dance. (This is good, but may be going into detail a little too much about a different Pokemon) This chip damage can allow Deoxys-S to KO Primairina later into the game. (Deoxys-S itself can also help to wear down Primarina for Volcarona to sweep, it goes both ways) Raging Bolt can freely switch into Corviknight and set up free Calm Minds as it switches out. Despite its massive natural speed stat, Deoxys-S is still outspeed by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon like +1 Roaring Moon, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and Barraskewda in rain. These can be covered by carrying offensive checks to these mons like Enamorus, Air Balloon Gholdengo, and Ogerpon-Wellspring. (Just noting that Enamorus isn't a great check to these, as Roaring Moon OHKOs it with +1 Acrobatics while the other three OHKO it unboosted. Kingambit could be a better check to list) Deoxys-S is also horrible weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around Sucker Punches and other priority like Aqua jet, Grassy glide, and Extreme Speed hit it hard, especially if it has a negative defense nature. A way around this is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit, Dragapult, and Roaring Moon. (The latter two are pretty frail even with their good defensive profiles into this priority, pretty solid mentions here could be bulkier Pokemon like Great Tusk or Dragonite. Also, not much clicks Aqua Jet in the tier right now so you could maybe remove this) Additionally other screen setters, like Alolan Ninetales, can help against priority and assists Doexys-S in setting up Nasty Plots. Psychic terrain from Indeedee is another option due to it blocking priority and it additional boosts Deoxys-S’s psychic STAB.

Fighting type coverage is required to hit Dark types and Steel types that switch into Psycho Boost, like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran. Superpower can be ran to hit specially defensive walls like Blissey, but Focus Blast doesn't have any stat drops and also appreciates boosts from Nasty Plot. Knock Off removes items, helping it break down walls like Galarian Slowking and Garganacl Ting-Lu (Lu is just a more common switch-in to Deo-S tbh) by removing Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers. Shadow Ball can be used instead if its running Nasty Plot and to avoid being walled by Hatterene. In its last move slot it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Dragonite, Gliscor, Landorus-T. However, Psycho Boost hits those latter two hard neutrally anyways so Nasty Plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if it’s running only special moves. For example, +2 Psycho Boost can OHKO Volcarona, +2 Focus blast can OHKO specially defensive Heatran, and +2 Shadow Ball can OHKO Galarian Slowking, Hatterene, and Gholdengo. Finally, Taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, set up, and keeping Deoxys-S free from status like Gliscor's toxic and Clefable's Thunder Wave, and also stopping Slowking-G from gaining momentum with Chilly Reception. Other moves Deoxys-S can run include Expanding Force over Psycho Boost if its used with psychic terrain and Stealth Rocks or Spikes in its last slot to take advantage of switches. A Timid nature should be ran if using Nasty Plot, but a Hasty nature is should be used if running a mixed set. A Naive nature is an alternative nature to preserve some physical bulk for the cost of some special bulk. (Mention that this helps against priority like Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Rillaboom's Grassy Glide) Fighting Tera Type is its premier tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch ins harder. It guarantees that Superpower will 2HKO Heatran and Iron Treads and lets +2 Focus Blast be able to OHKO Ting-Lu. It also has defensive utility like giving it a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch. Ghost tera type can be useful on Shadow Ball sets to break past its Psychic type switch ins, letting it get a 2HKO on Slowking-Galar Galarian Slowking (Naming convention) and Latias. It also gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Finally, Psychic tera type further boosts its Psycho Boosts, which could be useful in dealing with neutral targets, such as letting it always OHKO Landorus-T (I don't know if Lando-T is the best list here, it doesn't typically come in on a Deo-S that may have Ice Beam) and giving it a good chance to OKHO Gouging Fire. Life Orb boosts its entire damage output, but Expert Belt can be used instead to avoid recoil damage. However, missing out on Life Orb can cost Deoxys-S some KO's like completely missing a 2HKO on Clefable with Psycho Boost and dramatically decreasing the chance to 2HKO Skarmory with Focus Blast. (Again, Skarm isn't really checking a Deo-S, think of what comes in to check Deoxys-S and which mons Expert Belt doesn't help with, along with which you barely 2HKO with Life Orb so miss the 10% power boost on. Corviknight is a better example of this - you don't need to fudge some calc that you barely miss out on, you can just say something along the lines of Ebelt Deo-S struggling to deal meaningful damage to it.)

Deoxys-S is best on hyper offense and bulky offense. Offensive teammates such as Volcarona, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire, like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls for these teammates like Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Galarian Slowking or check other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them like +1 Kyurem and Dragapult. Its fighting coverage takes care of Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran removing checks for other teammates like its own Kingambit, Dragapult, and Volcarona. Similarly, its ghost or dark coverage lets it take out things Hatterene and Gholdengo, opening cleaning by teammates like Iron Boulder (Boulder isn't a perfect partner as it's another fast offensive Psychic-type without a ton of shared checks aside from Gambit / Lu, I'd switch the order of it with Val as more relevant teammates should be listed first) and Iron Valiant. Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. It can damage other walls like Dondozos expecting a physical move (There is no physical Deo-S set for them to expect) or Great Tusks, Roaring Moons, and Corviknights expecting a utility move set. (Not sure if it's good to talk about your opponent misplaying by expecting the wrong set, you can just say it weakens these mons) Offensive Teammates also appreciate its fast Knock Offs removing items like Heavy Duty Boots and Leftovers from walls like Slowking-G and Ting-Lu. Rocks and spikes support from Teammates like Hisuian Samurott, Ting-Lu, and Glimmora help with breaking as well. Similarly, if it runs Taunt, teammates such as Kyurem and Gouging Fire, like its fast Taunts denying hazards, stopping set up from opponents, and limiting recovery. Great work! I'd say that this is 2/2 when implemented but I'm first going to clarify with the QC team whether the dex set should be changed to a Naive nature over Hasty first, as I think this might just be better since most of the attacks you'd want to be able to take are physical priority - let me know when implemented and I'll get back to you on this ASAP!

These can be covered by carrying offensive checks to these mons like Kingambit, Air Balloon Gholdengo, and Ogerpon-Wellspring Ogerpon-W. Deoxys-S is also horrible horribly weak to priority. It doesn't have many ways to work around Sucker Punches Punch, (AC) and other priority like Grassy glide Glide and Extreme Speed hit it hard. A way around this is having teammates that can easily take common priority like Kingambit, Great Tusk, or Dragonite. Additionally, (AC) other dual screen setters, like Alolan Ninetales, can help against priority and assists assist Deoxys-S in setting up Nasty Plots. Psychic terrain Terrain from Indeedee is another option due to it blocking priority, (AC) and it additional also boosts Deoxys-S’s psychic Psychic-type STAB moves.

Thanks to its monstrous speed Speed, decent attacking stats, and amazing coverage, Deoxys-S can function as a great revenge killer and late-game cleaner. It outspeeds every unboosted Pokemon in OU and outspeeds plenty of boosted pokemon Pokemon as well, such as +1 Great Tusk, +1 Volcarona. and +1 Gouging Fire. Fighting type Fighting-type coverage is required to hit Dark types Dark- and Steel types Steel-types that switch into Psycho Boost, like Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran. Superpower can be ran run to hit specially defensive special walls like Blissey, but Focus Blast doesn't have any stat drops and also appreciates benefits from boosts from Nasty Plot. Knock Off removes items, helping it break down walls like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu by removing Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers. Shadow Ball can be used instead if its it's running Nasty Plot and to avoid being walled by Hatterene. In its last move slot, (AC) it can run Ice Beam for even greater coverage, letting it destroy Dragonite, Gliscor, and Landorus-T. However, Psycho Boost hits those the latter two hard neutrally anyways anyway, (AC) so Nasty Plot can be ran instead to drastically increase its killing power if it’s running only special moves. For example, +2 Psycho Boost can OHKO Volcarona, +2 Focus blast Blast can OHKO specially defensive Heatran, and +2 Shadow Ball can OHKO Galarian Slowking, Hatterene, and Gholdengo. Finally, Taunt can be used as utility, denying hazards, set up setup ("Setup" with no space is a noun, "set up" with a space is a verb.), and keeping Deoxys-S free from status like Gliscor's toxic Toxic and Clefable's Thunder Wave, and also stopping Slowking-G Galarian Slowking from gaining momentum with Chilly Reception. Other moves Deoxys-S can run include Expanding Force over Psycho Boost if its it's used with psychic terrain Psychic Terrain and Stealth Rocks Rock or Spikes in its last slot to take advantage of switches. A Timid nature should be ran if using Nasty Plot, but a Naive nature is should be used if running a mixed set. A Hasty nature is an alternative to better take special moves like Raging Bolt's Thunderclap, but it makes Deoxys-S weaker into common priority like Extreme Speed and Grassy Glide. Fighting Tera Type Tera Fighting is its premier tera Tera type, giving it STAB on its Fighting-type coverage, letting it hit Psycho Boost switch ins switch-ins harder. It guarantees that Superpower will 2HKO Heatran and Iron Treads and lets +2 Focus Blast be able to OHKO Ting-Lu. It also has defensive utility, (AC) like giving it a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch. Ghost tera type Tera Ghost can be useful on Shadow Ball sets to break past its Psychic type switch ins Psychic-type switch-ins, letting it get a 2HKO on Galarian Slowking and Latias. It also gives Deoxys-S an immunity to Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Finally, Psychic tera type Tera Psychic further boosts its Psycho Boosts, which lets it guarantee a an OHKO into Walking Wake and Ogerpon-Wellspring Ogerpon-W and gives it a good chance to OKHO Gouging Fire. Life Orb boosts its entire damage output, but Expert Belt can be used instead to avoid recoil damage. However, missing out on Life Orb can cost Deoxys-S some KO's KOs like completely missing a 2HKO on Clefable with Psycho Boost and losing the ability to do substantial damage to Corviknight.

Deoxys-S is best on hyper offense and bulky offense teams. Offensive teammates such as Volcarona, Roaring Moon, and Gouging Fire, (RC) like the holes Deoxys-S pokes into opposing teams. It can damage walls like Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Galarian Slowking for these teammates like Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Galarian Slowking or check other offensive Pokemon that outspeed them like +1 Kyurem and Dragapult. Its fighting Fighting-type coverage takes care of Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Heatran, (AC) removing checks for other teammates like its own Kingambit, Dragapult, and Volcarona. Similarly, its ghost or dark Ghost- or Dark-type coverage lets it take out things Hatterene and Gholdengo, opening cleaning by up opportunities for teammates like Iron Valiant and Iron Boulder to clean up late-game. Thanks to its perfect coverage, it is able to deal relatively decent damage to any opponent, further opening holes for its teammates. It can meaningfully damage other This includes Pokemon like Dondozo, Roaring Moon, and Corviknight. Offensive Teammates teammates also appreciate its fast Knock Offs removing items like Heavy Duty Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers from walls like Slowking-G Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu. Rocks and spikes Entry hazard support from Teammates teammates like Hisuian Samurott, Ting-Lu, and Glimmora help with breaking as well. Similarly, if it runs Taunt, teammates such as Kyurem and Gouging Fire, (RC) like its fast Taunts denying hazards, stopping set up setup from opponents, and limiting recovery. While Deoxys-S has great coverage, its 95 base 95 attacking stats are relatively low, and Psycho Boost lowering its special attack Special Attack is less then than ideal. As such, (AC) it can struggle to break past certain walls it can't hit super effectively like Corviknight and Assult Assault Vest Primarina. Volcarona invites in Primarina and can damage it with Giga Drain. This chip damage can allow Deoxys-S to KO Primairina Primarina later into in the game, (AC) while the chip Deoxys-S does to Primairina Primarina can allow Volcarona to sweep. Raging Bolt can freely switch into Corviknight and set up free Calm Minds as it switches out. Despite its massive natural speed Speed stat, Deoxys-S is still outspeed outsped by a lot of prominent boosted Pokemon like +1 Roaring Moon, +1 Iron Boulder, +1 Walking Wake, and Barraskewda in rain. These can be covered by carrying offensive checks to these mons like Kingambit, Air Balloon Gholdengo, and Ogerpon-Wellspring Ogerpon-W. Deoxys-S is also horrible horribly weak to priority.
