[OVERVIEW]
Although it has access to Toxic Spikes, Nidoran-F is entirely outclassed as a defensive Toxic Spikes setter by Mareanie and Koffing, which boast better bulk. Other Poison-type Pokemon such as Foongus and Grimer-Alola also outclass it defensively and offensively as well. As such, Nidoran-F is bad and shouldn't be used.
[SET]
name: Toxic Spikes
move 1: Toxic Spikes
move 2: Super Fang
move 3: Poison Jab
move 4: Sucker Punch
item: Eviolite
ability: Poison Point
nature: Impish
evs: 60 Atk / 180 Def / 196 SpD / 28 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]
This set aims to set Toxic Spikes and use Super Fang to chip switch-ins. However, Mareanie serves as a much better pick for Toxic Spikes due to its stronger bulk and access to recovery. In addition, Toxic Spikes is very mediocre in the Little Cup metagame.
