What is the bug?
Non 20/31 IVs seen as legal on the following mons:
Raging Bolt
Gouging Fire
Iron Boulder
Iron Crown
This should not be possible, their IVs are locked to 20 across the board when caught and can only be manipulated via hyper training to bring them to 31.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Put any of the 4 mons in the teambuilder, put IV's to a non 20 or 31 value, validate for legality, it says it's legal even though it's not obtainable ingame.
