this is my current team,for nd ubers however I know that there are some better mons that do the exact same thing as what I have here. i would appreciate if someone good suggest some mons that fill the same role as what you are trying to replace.

You can post this sort of stuff in the Metagame discussion thread and I'm sure people will help you out.

There are quite a few issues with the mons used within this team with Pokemon like Mega Alakazam, Sneasler and Sweeper Cloyster being sup-par picks in Ubers. Some sets could use work as well.

Btw, feel free to ask these questions in the NDOT room on pokemon showdown when you're building. You get live-feedback on how to improve sets and team choices. Even if it seems quiet, someone will eventually answer (trust me).
