Need help running shoddy

I'm on windows vista, and I downloaded Shoddy Battle. I got the welcome windowup fine, but then I get a blue screen, shutting down my computer. Thanks in advance

This is probably not Shoddy related. Just try again. If you keep getting BSOD's try not running some things. They may interfere or try to start some services already running.

I fixed the blue screen, but I now have another problem. When I try to connect to the official smogon server, I get a pop-up that says I could not connect to it. Pleases help

Edit: I can only see the official server, with 150/100

Its old, doesn't work. Click the advance tab put this in to get to Smogon.

Host: shoddybattle.smogon.com
Port: 50000

You're just not connected to the list
