Basically we just have to come in and set up iron defense against both of these SD users, since they can't really hurt us. Iron defense with such astounding physical bulk means that we don't need to too much investment so we can just use fast skarm, nails zone at the same time. EQ on roost is the strongest hit possible but still, it's unlikely you lose 16 predictions, and you will probably get to +6 defense first.Oh and glisc can't roost because it will lose resistance to body press.

Calm Mind Tapu Koko is something I've used a handful of times and it's surprisingly quite efficient at what it does. It wins in both scenarios, whether it switches into Kyurem, or Tapu Fini first. If swapped into Tapu Fini, you're in luck. It's practically a free Calm Mind since no competent player's gonna Taunt a Tapu Koko. Hell, you don't even need the Calm Mind as you win the 1v1 against Tapu Fini and OHKO Kyurem with Twinkle Tackle. Primary reason I chose a Z-Move over something like Heavy-Duty Boots, is that Dazzling Gleam doesn't OHKO Kyurem normally and Tapu Koko gets OHKO'd by Earth Power. I guess Shuca Berry is a viable option to give a free turn for Calm Mind or just a second Dazzling Gleam but who am I kidding, the Z-Move animation is way too cool not to use.
