Clefbale with enough Attack EVs and a whopping 150 base power fighting move in Focus Punch is sufficient enough to lure and absolutely demolish Blissey. Calc below.
40- Atk Life Orb Clefable Focus Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 359-424 (50.2 - 59.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature

Blissey is an extremely common Greninja switch-in as Ash-Grenjnja gets totally walled. Well, this set simply doesn't.

252 Atk Protean Greninja All-Out Pummeling (160 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 764-900 (107 - 126%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Deoxys-Defense @ Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Impish Nature
- Wrap
- Seismic Toss
- Taunt
- Recover

Some deo-d forgot their helmets at home, or got them knocked off by their local toxapex. No matter if you have your trusty helmet or not, you can still beat the blob mano a mano with taunt/seismic toss and hand over some of the bloodshed to more specially-based teammates.

Reserving Substitute dragon dance kyurem
Kyurem @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 56 HP / 204 SpD / 248 Spe
Careful Nature
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Icicle Spear

The discovery of the NMI set pretty much killed the existence of the specs set, so blissey can comfortably switch into kyurem once again without fearing a 2HKO from specs focus blast. However the sub DD set is going to diminish that thought, as 101 HP substitute allows kyurem to use blissey as setup fodder and threatens to sweep unprepared teams. This set is also easily customisable, as for this spread it's given to me by Ryuji-Sempai in discord, just modified it slightly.

+6 0 Atk Kyurem Icicle Spear (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 738-867 (103.3 - 121.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Just in case someone doubt kyurem being able to ko blissey for some reason

Blissey is probably the best defensive switch in for Mega-Latias.
Blissey can tank every hit from M-Latias.
+6 0 SpA Latias-Mega Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 472-556 (66.1 - 77.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Toxic forces M-Latias out and lets Blissey gain momentum through teleport.

But without the poison, blissey can only do Blissey Seismic Toss vs. 252 HP Latias-Mega: 100-100 (27.4 - 27.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO.

The solution is simple:
Refresh:
User cures its burn, poison, or paralysis.

Whith refresh M-Latias can easily beat bliss and use it as setup fodder.
You shouldn't reveal refresh emidiatly!
You should cm 2 or 3 times and 2HKO blissey whith psychock. You can refresh afterwards.

+2 0 SpA Latias-Mega Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 417-492 (58.4 - 68.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO,
+3 0 SpA Latias-Mega Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 522-615 (73.1 - 86.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO.

Other stuff
The mono psychock set appreciats tspikes support to be able to stall out dark types.

Refresh also helps in the heatran mu but heatran can have Taunt.

Have fun!

Seems counterintuitive to lure slowking with an electric type, but slowking can be a good pivot into bulky rotoms, but is essentially bait for electrium, which if king not max spD will most definitely get ko'd after any chip.

136 SpA Rotom-Wash Gigavolt Havoc (185 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Slowking: 320-378 (81.2 - 95.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Usually slowking would use pex as an oppurtunity to launch a future sight, then teleport to a dangerous teammate who would appreciate the support. Pex says no here, as toxic will cripple slowking throughout the whole game, limiting it's opportunity.

I feel like Toxapex is less of a lure but more a basic matchup that isn't always favorable for Slowking. Toxic is pretty much always going to be used on Slowking, and the risk of Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots, an essential part of Slowking's pivoting potential can be threatening. My point is, I wouldn't switch Slowking into Toxapex because of the many ways it can hinder it's pivoting and longevity.

although Toxic is quite threatening to king, it's not the most common move ran on pex, usually it's knock off instead. Launching a future sight is a big deal for letting a nuclear mon like zard y to break through toxapex, since it's known for being extremely hard to being switch in against, which is worth losing heavy-duty boots for, at least in my opinion anyways.
