InWelcome to National Dex's inaugural Doubles tournament!This is the kickoff tour for Gen 9 National Dex Doubles! We hope to introduce everyone to a new Doubles metagame, and as such are hosting it in a Swiss format: everyone gets the opportunity to play and explore the metagame for weeks on end! More information can be found in the Natdex DOU Discord and the Natdex DOU thread, which includes preliminary sample teams and viability lists.
Tournament rules:
- This is a Gen 9 National Dex Doubles tournament. Because there is no standard format on PS! yet, players are expected to complete their matches in either [Gen 9] NatDex 6v6 Doubles Draft or in [Gen 9] Doubles OU with the following challenge code:

- The number of rounds and therefore weeks will be determined by the number of signups. We are aiming for an 8 player Top Cut.
- There will be no elimination of players, unless they lose two activity calls.
- Rounds will be best of three. Players may change teams in between battles of the same round.
- Replays are mandatory.
- Activity calls will be made by me, with possible assistance from the NatDex council & tournament directors. Coin flips will be done publicly on PS!
- In the event something gets banned in the middle of a round, that change will be in effect the next round.
