Overview

InDepth

MegaMan (Manectric) @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 232 Spd / 4 Def / 20 HP
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Overheat

This EVs spread seems complicated, but it's rather simple: 4 to Def covers imperfetc IVs, 232+ to Spd let it outspeed Timid Garchomp (if it didn't Mega-Evolved) and neutral Mega Alakazam, the rest is thrown
in Spa and HP; 0 IVs to Atk minimize Foul Play and Confusion damage.
Note: watch out from pokemons not weaks 4x to Ice, from Ground-types and from Special Walls.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Spd / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock

Lanodrus-T covers Manectric only weakness, and is able to tank many pshysical hits with these given EVs; Knock Off was chosen over Stone Edge because dropping the foe's item is always good.
Note: it forms a nice Intimidate core with Mega Manectric, but watch out from Bisharp.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 44 Spd / 252 HP / 212 Def
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Rotom-W covers Landorus-T and Manectric weaknesses, and the given EVs spread makes it Physically Defensive (from what I see in this meta it's better); 44 to Spd let it outspeed Jolly Azumarill, to cripple it with WOW or Volt Switch.
Note: Watch out from random Grass-users and Mold Break.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Sleep Talk

Talonflame ends my VoltTurn core with 4 users; the given EVs let it outspeed Timid Lati@s and the rest is used to patch it's poor Atk. Sleep Talk is a "filler" move, but it offers a niche against spore users.
Note: watch out from Scarf-users.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Seismic Toss
- Wish
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell

Chansey is the Cleric/Wish Passer of the team, extending teammates longevity. The given EVs patches it's poor Def and maximize it's SpD, 0 IVs to Atk minimize Foul Play/Confusion Damage.
Note: Watch out from every Physical Sweeper and Knock Off

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 24 Spd / 176 SDef / 60 Def
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost
- Defog

I'm currently testing Zapdos over Skarmory; the given set let it outspeed neutral max speed Mega Tyranitar, while countering better pokemon like Landorus-I, hitting hard with HP Ice.
U-turn and Heat Wave are also good option.

Importable for PS!
Manectric @ Manectite

- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Overheat

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Spd / 212 Def
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Sleep Talk

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 Def / 4 HP

EVs: 248 HP / 24 Spd / 176 SDef / 60 Def

- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost
- Defog

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 240 SDef / 16 Def / 252 HP
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Defog
- Stealth Rock

Skarmory is really useful here, guaranting Stealth Rock/Defog support; I made it a Mixed Wall because, in my opinion, it offers more opportunity to clear foe's Entry Hazard.
Note: watch out from random Fire/Electric-users

I Don't think skarmy will last till you can have chance to use defog so change moves it into
Skarmory @ red card
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 240 SDef / 16 Def / 252 HP
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- spikes
- steath rock
-roar

and
you have bad moves for talonflame I think make it

Talonflame @ leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- sword dance
-u turn

that's all I have to say

Why you quoted all the OP? However:

About Skarmory: setting all that Hazards without a Spinblocker or a Defiant-user is bad, they won't last long, and I need a Defog-user
About Talonflame: How can you say Talonflame has bad moves when you changed only Sleep Talk (wich is filler)? And this Talonflame needs the extra power from Choice Band, to Revenge Kill as many pokemon as possible

Hey, got your request, so here's my rate.

First of all, I see that you have Skarmory for its Ability to Defog, and it's ability to set up rocks. It is also a physcial wall; however, Landorus can also set up rocks and is also a physical wall thanks to indimidate. You run Assualt vest on it to take special attacks better, but it's more efficent to run leftovers, giving you passive recovery and the ability to set up rocks. Also, assualt vest seems a bit redundant with Chansey. Skamory is kind off a bad Defoger, doing not much else than that, and it doesn't contribute to the volt-turn chain. Zapdos is a better choice, having access to U-Turn along with Defog, still Checks Pinsir, and has more offensive presence. (Also it can deal with Bisharp well to) With All things considered, I would suggest Giving Landorus-T Leftovers, and Replacing Knock Off / Stone Edge with Stealth Rocks. And.. Replacing Skarmory with Zapdos.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 68 SAtk / 24 Spd
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Defog
- Roost
- U-turn
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Knock Off / Stone Edge

Other Than that, nice team, and I Hope I helped
Good Day to you Sir~
