UU Mega Aggron

Aggron @ Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake / Fire Punch
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Because of its monstrous Defense stat, helpful ability, and great defensive typing, Mega Aggron is one of the best walls in UU. It fits nicely as a Stealth Rock user on defensive teams because it can check many threats at once, such as Mega Aerodactyl and Latias, and it can easily get Stealth Rock up in most matches. It also matches up nicely against Defoggers like Mega Altaria and Latias, as well as Scizor if it runs Fire Punch. In addition to all of these great traits, Mega Aggron's Heavy Slam is enough to deter most threats from freely switching into it, as it's often 120 Base Power. Aggron doesn't have recovery, however, and because of this it pairs very nicely with Sylveon and Alomomola, which can both keep it healthy with Wish. On top of that, Mega Aggron is one of the few UU threats capable of running Curse with RestTalk; however, Fighting-types like Heracross, Cobalion, and Terrakion can break through it as well, so Hippowdon and Slowbro are appreciated to deal with these threats.
