PS! stuff

• Do you need the attention of PS global staff? Make a help ticket or type /report or /ht into any PS chat.
• Did you find a bug in a battle or with a chat command? Go to the PS! Bug Reports forum
  • If you're feeling uncertain about whether or not you actually found a bug, try asking about it in the Help Room first
• The PS Help Room is also a great place to ask general questions about PS and Smogon. Even if someone doesn't know the answer, chances are we can direct you to where you can find it.
• Want to ask a question about Showdown and not report a bug? Use the Simple Question Simple Answer thread.
• Having trouble connecting to the main server? Use the Technical Support thread.
• Want to request a feature? Use the Suggestions forum.
• If your bug is about the Damage Calculator, it has its own dedicated thread.
• Got a really terrible Random Battle set? Report it in the Singles or Doubles thread.
• If your issue is with the current-gen sprites, check the Model Fixing thread.

Smogon stuff

• If you have a simple question about competitive or even just regarding how Smogon works, the Simple Questions & Simple Answers thread is, well, exactly what it sounds like :P
• (Badgeholders only) Forum Bug Reports & Suggestions thread - pretty much what it sounds like, or can tag chaos in #insidescoop
• For technical bugs in Smogdex (e.g. "[some move] has the wrong description" or "[some Pokemon] has one of its abilities missing"), head to the Dex Bug Reports thread.
  • The #dex-corrections channel in the Smogon discord works, too.
• For minor changes to analyses in the Smogdex, such as typos, poor wording, inaccuracies, etc., go to the Small Site Page Changes thread
• (Badgeholders only) For issues that arise when trying to use CMS/SCMS, go to its dedicated bug reports thread or #cc-staff in the Smogon Discord.
• (Badgeholders only) The Congratulations redirect thread is the place to go when you get issues with ads that hyperlink to random pages while you're trying to use the various parts of Smogon.
