Currently, when using '/roomauth' it bolds the nicknames of those staff who are online. I'd suggest to add the username class to make the names clickable and be able to send them a message. In this way it is easier for a banned or inexperience user to appeal or ask the staff about their sanction, without the need to use or know commands like '/user'.
