This is standard specs garde but with 2 ways to shaft metagross. Specs Shadowball 50% by itself and will end it after rocks 88% of the time. Trick can cripple it on the switch, leaving it with specs, which usually isn't ideal with Metagross.

So Virizion is pretty scary against a fair amount of the tier, including Tsareena. Virizion won't always switch in since Power Whip can 2HKO with a boosting item but 1v1 Virizion can usually SD up and OHKO with a CC. This is where Z Bounce comes in and crushes Virizion into oblivion on the SD.

Donphan is usually a safe switch for Virizion to get in and set up due to Donphan's common coverage in Earthquake and Knock Off. However, Gunk Shot makes it able to OHKO Virizion if it hits. You can catch it on switch, stay in on a SD and kill it or even take two unboosted hits if you're that unlucky! Also works with other Grass-types in general.

Because I didn't find other good lure, I nom Tsareena too. But I think Play Rough have a better niche than Z Bounce.
It allows you to lure dragons like Noivern, Goodra or Mandibuzz with Fairium Z or Band. Choice Band Play Rough offers you a 100% OHKO against Virizion and frees up a Z slot but Expert Belt or Fairium is a better lure set.
