THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE.

First off, you should make a better description then, physical sweeper, special sweeper, etc. Try to be more descriptive. But I'm not here to nitpick so here we go.

If you want a fast lead to set up spikes and toxic spike you should go for roserade, its speed is higher then Qwilfish and could even deal damage with giga drain and sludge bomb.

Bisharp isn't exactly a very good physical sweeper without
1. Speed Boosts
2. Trick Room
It will get outsped and decimated by faster sweepers like gliscor.

Major threats to this team include faster special sweepers which are extremely common in the metagame. Things like Life Orb Gengar or Choice Specs Starmie can just run though this team without much trouble.

Also if you're going to be setting up so many entry hazards you might want to add in a spinblocker, trickscarf or maybe dual screens could greatly support your team and cripple its counters.

You need to add more description read the RMT rules before you post however this ia good first effort for a team but i reckon you should try get on the smogon tutoring programme.
Firstly I would recomend changing Quilfish to Forretress or ferrothorn as it can learn 2+ of the entry hazards and hit hard with a relaxed O spe IV gyroball, which will hurt...Alot.
Why Bisharp? a Terrakion or CB Haxorus would be better here as they're alot faster and have a high attack stat and a more diverse move pool. Try these sets:

Terrakion@Air Ballon
Ability: Justified
EV's: 4hp / 252Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly(+Spe, -Sp.A)
-Swords dance
-Earthquake
-Close Combat
-Stone edge

Haxorus@Choice Band
Ability:Mold breaker
EV's 4hp / 252Atk / 252Spe
Adamant(+Atk, -Sp.A)
-Outrage
-Dual chop
-Brick break
-Earthquake

Change Latias to Latios as if is a more capable special sweeper
The Gliscor and Vaporeon sets are good and im not to sure about the Infernape set.

In genral your team lacks overall synergy

Finally as i said before add more info to this RMT or it will get locked by a moderator.
