Loaded Dice (Baxcalibur) @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Scale Shot
- Icicle Spear
- Earthquake / Ice Shard

[SET COMMENTS]
Baxcalibur is a powerful sweeper, especially with the support of Snow and Aurora Veil. Thermal Exchange makes Baxcalibur immune to being burned, taking what is normally a huge weakness for physical attackers off the table. Earthquake is valuable to cover Steel and Fire types that otherwise pose a fair bit of danger, such as Solgaleo and Kingambit. Alternatively, Ice Shard finishes off low health targets and surprises faster Pokémon, which is very beneficial due to Baxcalibur's relatively low Speed. Tera Ground powers up Earthquake as well as makes Baxcalibur immune to Thunder Wave and blocking Volt Switch, which is very useful. Alolan Ninetales is a fantastic teammate with its ability Snow Warning, as Snow and Aurora Veil increase Baxcalibur's bulk to very high levels. Other good teammates are ones that can cover problems Fighting, Steel, or Fairy types, so Zacian, Mewtwo, Chi-Yu, and Solgaleo are notably appreciated. Some Pokémon like Kingambit and Arceus-Poison that are vulnerable to Ground Type attacks appreciate having Baxcalibur around to snuff them out.

Baxcalibur is a powerful sweeper, especially with the support of Snow/ and Aurora Veil via Ninetales-Alola. It can switch into Fire Moves or Will-o-Wisps to gain a quick Attack boost, allowing for some powerful snowballing fast It's better to explain that because of Baxcalibur's ability, thermal body, it gets a +1 attack boost when hit with a fire type move, as well as providing a burn immunity. The sentence as is also suggests that Bax gets a +1 from swapping into wisp which isn't true. The combination of Icicle Spear and Scale Shot under Loaded Dice allows for very threatening 100/125 Base Power STAB moves Rephrase it a little bit and put in a segment that explains that because of loaded dice making those moves hit at least 4 times, Baxcalibur has access to very strong stab moves. that make it a significant threat to a lot of Pokémon. Swords Dance gives it more immediate power than Dragon Dance, which can be afforded due to the speed boosts from Scale Shot. The fourth move is down to which the player deems more beneficial Just delete this segment and replace it with a lead in about how the last slot is flexible. Rather than sort of leave things up to the reader, it's better to just explain the pros and cons and elaborate that certain options are better in certain situations. You want to tell the reader what to do as much as possible. Earthquake is valuable coverage that allows for the ability to cover Steel and Fire types that otherwise pose a fair bit of danger. Ice Shard allows for a strong priority option to finish off low health targets or to surprise faster Pokémon, and is very beneficial due to Baxcalibur’s relatively low speed. Tera Ground is useful for in multiple ways. The obvious benefit is powering up Earthquake Tera Ground provides turns Earthquake into a STAB move, but it and also allows for an immunity to Volt Switch and Thunder Wave, even without Earthquake on the set. Tera Ground may not be required for Ice Shard sets, but it’s highly recommended for Earthquake Baxcalibur I'd reccomend cutting this sentence entirely as it sort of suggests that ice shard bax may prefer a different tera type, yet there is no other possible tera type listed in the set. If you mean to say that ice shard bax uses a different tera, put that tera in the set and elaborate on it. EVs are the standard Max Atk Max Spe Jolly Nature for most physical sweepers, but Adamant could be used for an extra power boost This one isn't on you cause you didn't know, but for simple ev spreads like 252/252, you don't need to talk about it. Talking about evs is only for cases like 200+ speed Zama which outspeeds cyclizar by 1 point, and other specific ev spreads that aren't immediately obvious. As previously mentioned, Ninetales-Alola is a fantastic teammate, providing valuable bulk increases in Snow and Aurora Veil as its ability, Snow Warning, sets Snow allowing Aurora Veil to be set, as well as providing a 1.5 times boost to ice types such as Baxcalibur. Other good teammates are ones who can cover problematic Fighting, Steel, or Fairy types. These include Zacian, Mewtwo, Chi-Yu, or Solgaleo as examples.

Baxcalibur is a powerful sweeper, especially with the support of Snow and Aurora Veil. Thermal Exchange makes Baxcalibur immune to being burned, allowing for a free switch into Will-o-Wisp, along with a +1 Attack boost upon being hit by a Fire Type Move. (This is pretty self-explainitory, unless you can give examples of what it lets it set up on i would cut this.) The combination of Icicle Spear and Scale Shot under Loaded Dice always hit 4-5 times, giving them a high 100-125 Base Power. Swords Dance gives it more immediate power than Dragon Dance, which can be afforded due to the speed boosts from Scale Shot. (Once again, this is safe explainitory. You can talk about how Loaded Dice lets Scale Shot and Icicle Spear hit at least 4 times, but that should go after the EQ and Ice Shard lines. I would just cut SD line.) Two options exist for Move Slot Four, both being very strong options. (worded awkwardly, so im cutting this and replacing it with another transition line later down) Earthquake is valuable coverage that allows for the ability to cover Steel- and Fire-types (such as?) that otherwise pose a fair bit of danger. Alternatively, Ice Shard allows for a strong priority option to finish off low health targets or to surprise faster Pokémon Pokemon (give examples here!), and is very beneficial due to Baxcalibur’s relatively low speed. Tera Ground is useful for in multiple ways. The obvious benefit is powering up Earthquake, but it also allows for an immunity to Volt Switch and Thunder Wave, even without Earthquake on the set. (combine these two sentences together to say like "Tera Ground boosts the power of Earthquake and gives an immunity to Volt Switch and Thunder Wave) Tera Ground may not be required for Ice Shard sets, but it’s highly recommended for Earthquake Baxcalibur. (Imo even on Shard sets ur running Ground, so this can be cut.) Ninetales-Alola Alolan Ninetales is a fantastic teammate, as its ability, Snow Warning, sets Snow, providing a 1.5x Defense boost to ice types such as Baxcalibur. (This is dex info) Due to the Snow, it can also set up Aurora Veil to provide a 50% damage reduction from attacks in conjunction with the Defense boost under Snow. (This is dex filler too. I would say like "boosting Baxcaliber's defenses and providing Aurora Veil to help it set up.) Other good teammates are ones who can cover problematic Fighting-, Steel-, or Fairy-types. These include Zacian, Mewtwo, Chi-Yu, or Solgaleo. (Combine these two sentences together, maybe use a transition line like "so Pokemon like Zacian, Mewtwo, Chi-Yu, and Solgaleo are good partners.)

(Maybe mention Pokemon like Kingambit or Arc Poison who like having Bax threatening Tusky and Lando-T)
