Hey guys, TCR here, this thread is meant to be an ongoing and updated database of EV spreads in Little Cup. Basically, some things can get confusing, as at Level 5 the way a stat upgrades is different. Running 16 Speed is vastly different than running 17 Speed, as everything is so low that each Speed point matters. However, while we all know there is a Speed Tier thread, Speed isn't the only thing that can vastly different. Attack and Special Attack is a big one, as some spreads work better against 16 Defenses, while some work better against Berry Juice spreads. This thread is here to highlight that, and provide newcomers and veterans with an EV spread to fit the occasion. This thread will NOT have a list of Pokemon to do, and instead will be updated by each and every one of the Little Cup forum posters. This thread is a good way to get noticed for the Community Contributor Badge, as repeat posters will most certainly be noticed for their effort. This thread will also serve as a discussion thread, for nonstandard EV spreads, and to debate certain spread on certain Pokemon. Troll posts WILL be deleted, and possibly infracted, so please don't post things like "Air Balloon Elekid with X SpA / X SpD lives certain attacks."
For an example, I already did 3 different Pawniard spreads, as this was a big discussion point a few LC members had a little while ago. In a submission, please post the spread and a following paragraph explaining what the set lives, what it kills, what it outspeeds, etc etc.

This spread maximizes Speed to hit 17, a very important tier that allows you to speed tie with some of the most important threats in the metagame such as Mienfoo and Drilbur, while also hitting 20 Attack making an itemless Acrobatics a nuke. 23 HP allows Archen to switch into Stealth Rocks an extra time before activating it's Berry Juice.
This spread maximizes Speed to hit the 17 speed tier, a very important speed tier, while also hitting 13 Defense and 12 Special Defense, allowing Archen to take hits better while supporting it's teammates. 23 HP lets Archen switch into Stealth Rocks one extra time before it's Berry Juice activates. This set forgoes any Attack EVs in order to maintain a few points in its defenses, allowing it to live tons of attacks.
This spread hits the important 17 speed tier while also hitting Eviolite numbers in both Defense and Special Defense, adding one extra point to HP, and adding one extra Attack EV. This spread is mostly meant to be able to be a fast pivot, being able to set up Stealth Rock often throughout the match, or to also Defog throughout the match if need be.
This spread allows Archen to be the ultimate Fletching counter, as with 25 HP and 14 Defense Archen avoids the 2HKO from +2 Acrobatics. 12 Special Defense allows Archen to still switch into threats such as Spritzee without Calm Mind and Vulpix. The extra Speed point lets you out speed Larvesta and most variants of Vullaby.
This spread maxes Attack and Speed while giving Eviolite numbers in defense and special defense. Max Attack is desired for greater wallbreaking power, while 13 Speed is needed to outspeed standard Fletchling while KOing it with +2 Aqua Jet after Stealth Rock. Defense Evs let it set up on Pokemon such as Mienfoo that lack High Jump Kick. A Jolly nature can be used to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame after one Dragon Dance boost.
This spread trades some of Cottonee's bulk to hit the 17 Speed Tier. This lets it speed-tie with Pokemon like Mienfoo and Drilbur, while outspeeding Pokemon like Pawniard, Scraggy, and Chinchou. The defense EVs give it respectable 22/14/12 bulk, allowing it to take hits while still being fast. The extra speed lets it hit Pokemon like Chinchou or Mienfoo with a super-effective attack before they switch out with Volt Switch or U-turn. This set also speed-ties with Drilbur, allowing it to possibly Giga Drain on most variants.
This spread is meant to achieve a fast, yet specially bulky Houndour spread, allowing Houndour to trap and KO Pokemon like Abra, Gastly, as well as being a decent switchin to Pokemon like Pawniard and other Steel-types. Max Speed allows it to tie with Pawniard, as well as make it faster than Fletchling, allowing Sucker Punch to hit it.
With this spread, Mienfoo hits a defensive spread of 21/14/14, while keeping a nice and strong 17 Attack. The key thing to note though is the Speed, which reaches a very low 9. This allows foo to pivot out of some normally slower pokemon and take the hit in place of the switch-in. The only real downside I've experienced with this set is getting outsped by Snubbull and Porygon, but at full HP you can tank a hit depending on the nature. Sassy gives you over a 90% chance to live a Psychic from Sashbra/Download Pory, and Relaxed will let you live a Play Rough from Snubbull.
This spread is meant for Eviolite Pawniard. It reaches great Eviolite numbers, a spread of 21 HP / 16 Def / 12 SpD. The extra defenses help it to be a more reliable Fletchling switchin, allowing to repeatedly set up Stealth Rock through-out the match and perform as a better utility Pokemon. The spread achieves 14 Spe, allowing it to outspeed the most common Fletchling spreads, and also
hitting 17 Attack, which might not give it enough power to break through walls but gives it enough power to still 2hko most things that it normally would, and gives it more staying power.

This spread is the spread that Choice Scarf Pawniard will use. Choice Scarf Pawniard forgoes any bulk, and instead opts to put it all into Attack and Speed, in order to hit as hard and as fast as possible. With 16 Speed, Pawniard reaches enough Speed to outspeed bulky versions of Mienfoo, while also outspeeding any Fletchling set (although it should not be relied on to revenge kill it).
This spread is mostly meant for a pivoting, Berry Juice set. Berry Juice Pawniard is often used on high offensive teams, and can run utility moves such as Stealth Rock or Thunder Wave. Since it is used more as a 1-2 time switch in to threats, it doesn't need the lasting bulk that Eviolite provides. Instead, it opts for good enough Special Defense to switch into moves like Magnemite's Volt Switch. It runs for max Speed to outspeed 15 Speed Pokemon, such as variants of Mienfoo. An Adamant nature can also be run to hit 15 Speed and still have excellent wallbreaking potential, although the loss of Speed could potentially hurt it.
This spread allows Pumpkaboo to be an excellent check to Drilbur, resisting its STAB while having 25 HP and 16 Defense. The extra defense will also let it live a Knock Off from even Life Orb Pawniard, allowing Pumpkaboo to burn it with Will-o-Wisp in a pinch.
This spread is mainly to check special attackers such as Rapid Spin Staryu and Abra. This spread hits 25 HP and 16 Special Defense, which avoids the 2HKO from Abra's Psychic and can beat it with Bullet Seed. 14 Defense lets it still be a check to physical attackers like Mienfoo and Drilbur.
This spread allows Skrelp to be an excellent psychical tank with 16 defense and 23 HP, being able to tank a +6 Zigzagoon ExtremeSpeed from full health in a tight situation, while also being able to tank hits from the special side with 14 Special Defense.
This spread maximizes Special Attack to give Skrelp a ridiculously high damage output, 2HKOing Defensive Porygon after rocks with Hydro Pump, while also giving Skrelp a nice amount of bulk and Eviolite numbers for both Defense and Special Defense. The extra speed point allows you to out speed Spritzee and Croagunk.
This set eats any physical hits brought its way with an outstanding 20 defense, whilst hitting a solid 14 Special Defense, this allows it to take Volt Switch in a pinch, and wall Flying-types to no end even if they run Earthquake. 12 SAtk is so it can deal at least moderate damage with Scald. This set best checks Flying-types because only Grass coverage moves hit it hard. When was the last time you saw HP Grass Fletch? Also LO Diglett Fails to trap Tirtouga because it fails to OHKO, and Scald manages to do so. Fighting types are still a problem because Timburr likes Scald's burn, and Mienfoo can eat scalds all day, and Tirtouga lacks the ability to recover.
This set forgoes bulk so it can maximize its speed, and attack prowls. After Shell Smash 22 Speed, which outspeeds the entire unboosted metagame, and all 14 speed scarfers, with 1 more speed you can speed tie with 16 speed choice scarfers, which is not very relevant because there aren't any relevant Scarfers you would outspeed or speed tie, except Scarf Pawniard, and +1 Scraggy.
This set forgoes speed, which can make it a bit more shaky because it speed ties with 20 speed tier, and all notable scarfers, and pokemon who would boost to plus 1, or 2 try to get over this speed tier. This best thing about this set is what it can set up on as, it can take Chinchou's Thunderbolt, Spritzee Moonblast, and common Fighting-type priority. Zen Headbutt can rip apart Tirtouga's common checks, and counters, especially off its nice 18 attack allowing it to have a 50% chance to OHKO Mienfoo, 50% chance to OHKO Foongus after Stealth Rock, Croagunk well do I need to calc, and this set deals with Timburr once weakened. This set is meant to outspeed all 19 Speed Pokemon, while also feigning SturdyJuice to help it set up on Pokemon that it normally would be revenged by.
