Light Ball (Pikachu) Glitch

On Shoddy's Team Builder, when I tried to use a novelty Hasty Pikachu with Light Ball, it only raised the Special Attack (to 398), not the Attack (remained 209) stat. Is this a glitch, or is my Team Builder not up to date. What's going on?

The team builder doesn't show this stat boost correctly, but it applies correctly in battle. Also, we aren't fixing shoddy battle 1 glitches anymore, since we're working on shoddy battle 2.
