when Jirachi finally gets physical steel STAB that's not Iron Head, I'm interested to see if the few people who still are keeping Metagross in OU finally stop using it. metagross has more raw power off the start, but after 1 boost (40% = 100% by the way.) Jirachi will outpower Metagross, not to mention recovery in Wish, better speed and special bulk.

this could mean that Metagross loses it's only reason to be used over jirachi. i think we'll see Metagross drop to UU before this gen is over.

Serene Grace doubles secondary effect chance, so it would be a 80% chance of an attack raise. I agree with the Metagross discussion though; Jirachi is faster, and after a boost is more powerful than Metagross.
