Iron Valiant @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
EVs: 204 Atk / 52 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Reversal
- Substitute
- Disable

Substitute + Reversal Iron Valiant has taken the main place on the stage! The combination of Substitute and Reversal allows Iron Valiant to KO bulky threats like Hisuian Goodra and Ursaluna by using Substitute four times followed by Reversal. These moves synergize well with Disable, which can make Choice-locked Pokemon like Hisuian Avalugg and Landorus-T use Struggle. Moonblast is the preferred Fairy-type STAB move, as it OHKOes Great Tusk, Urshifu-S, and Dragapult with 52 Special Attack EVs. Against foes using Life Orb or resistant to Reversal, Iron Valiant can often win with Moonblast after four Substitutes. Iron Valiant loses to common Fairy-types like Sylveon and Enamorus, so teammates that beat them like Hisuian Goodra and Heatran are required. Another Pokemon that beats Iron Valiant is Skeledirge, which can be countered by teammates like Choice Band Chien-Pao and Choice Specs Iron Bundle.

Still says in WiP but Akeras said over Discord it's QC ready.

I talked over with QC members and we decided to get rid of the mentions of Spirit Break and Swords Dance because you don't often have the chance to use them, or because you want to actually do more than 2% to Great Tusk (and Spirit Break only really hits Hoopa-U harder).

As for the rest of the spotlight

You certainly know the EncoreDisable Iron Valiant's set, but here is a new strong set. This isn't a strong opening sentence, sure you can mention Encore + Disable, but what you have now doesn't make me want to use this set since I already know of the previous set. The combination of Substitute, and Reversal, and the Speed Energy Booster Energy made it killing makes KOing big threats like Goodra-Hisui or Ursaluna, or frailer Pokemons on being faster than them I have no clue what you mean with this last part. It synergizes well with Disable, which can make Choice locked Pokemon like Chien-Pao or Meowscarada struggling use Struggle. Disable can be useful against mons who run only one move effective against Iron Valiant, like solo-flying move Moltres-Galar Disable is used mostly because of choice-locked Pokemon, so this sentence isn't necesarry. Moonblast is prefered over Spirit Break to kill Great Tusk and Urshifu, and Dragapult with the 52 SpA EVs. If you choose to play Swords Dance instead of Disable, play Spirit Break, and play max Atk instead No more Spirit Break, though you can still mention that the 52 SpA EVs are for Dragapult. That mon sadly lose against Gholdengo, and because of that you 'eed need to play it with a counter to that demon. You can usally play faster Dark types like Meowscarda, Chien Pao or Roaring Moon. I would find a way to condense these last 2 sentences since they're both about beating Gholdengo. Meowscarada also isn't the best example for a teammate as it loses to bulky Weakness Policy sets, unless Adamant, which makes it a 50/50.

Please implement these changes and tag me when it's finished (here or on Discord), I will give the QC check after that.

EncoreDisable is gone, now SubReversal come on stage ! Encore + Disable isn't gone, it's still used and is very good. The combination of Substitute and Reversal makes KOing big threats like Goodra-Hisui or Ursaluna This sentence isn't finished, it makes KOing those 2 what?. To make it work, use substitute 4 times, and then click Reversal. This These moves synergizes well with Disable, which can make Choice locked Pokemon like Avalugg-Hisui or Landorus-T use Struggle. Moonblast with 52 EVs in SpA is prefered over Spirit Break to kill Great Tusk, Urshifu, and Dragapult I would rewrite this sentence as Spirit Break isn't on the set anymore, as well as the 52 SpA EVs are only needed to KO Dragapult, not the other 2. If you face a Pokemon wearing the Life Orb and immune or resistant to Reversal, you can use Substitute 4 times and click Moonblast. Iron Valiant lose against the other Fairy types, due to its Fighting type, who are Sylveon with Hyper Voice hitting through substitute and Enamorus due to its double quadruple resistance against Reversal, and enough bulk to tank a Moonblast. Therefore you need a Pokemon winning against that can threaten (or something along the lines of that) both of them, like Goodra-Hisui or Heatran. Another mon which winning against Pokemon that beats Iron Valiant is Skeledirge, and you can counter it by playing offensive Dark or Water type Pokemon, such as Choice Band Chien Pao or Choice Specs Iron Bundle.

It can win against the best 1v1 players like X STATIC COLD !
