Rejected HLing on a user

For a while, on my old laptop, I put a buncha friends names on my HL list so I could get involved in conversations with them. I was kinda disappointed that it only pinged me if their name was mentioned, and I was wondering if it would be possible to HL on all messages by a certain user?
Maybe the command could be smth like "/hl add [USER] Milmax46", for example. The user part showing you want the user, not the word itself.

Don't think this is worth the time we would need to spend to implement it, nor would it have benefit for more than one or two users, so I'm going to reject this. Have a nice day!
