Hi, I hope this find you well. I was thinking of maybe having a way to reply to a direct message on showdown kinda like on smgon we have quote and we can quote the person there are multiple reasons why i think this will be worth it.
1. in high traffic rooms you can be clear about who you are talking to.
2. wait never mind I only have one reason lol :)

Highlighting someone's username (which you can easily do by typing the first 1-2 letters and then hitting TAB button on your keyboard) already functionally does what you're requesting, and even past that you can just use > before a message to turn it green and mark it as quote. This has been rejected in the past for similar reasoning as well.
