Golbat

Poison/Flying
Ability:Inner Focus

[Overview]

- Great Evolite abuser. Incredibly bulky.
- Uncommon defensive typing.
- Access to a very big movepool making somewhat unpredictable
- 90 base speed with no investment. making it a very capable taunter of walls.
- Inner Focus. Sure, He could have a better ability. But Inner Focus works just fine.

Moveset #1(Toxic Staller)
Golbat w/ Evolite
Ability: Inner focus
Nature: Careful
EV spread: 252 HP, 252 Defence, 4 Sp. Defence
Toxic
Taunt
Roost
Super Fang

[SET COMMENTS]
Imo this is Golbat's best movest/EV spread. HP tops out at 354. Defence 239. Sp. Defence 205. Speed 216. If you wanted to make him impish and go for a full physical wall you can. This is just my personal spread that I use. It just provides more coverage. Now you might be thinking, How will this moveset work? Well, Golbat outspeeds almost every wall in the tier with no EV investment. So Taunt as much as you want! Then just Toxic, and Roost spam/Super Fang. With the occasional Taunt just too keep the opponent in check. Golbat is bulky. Most moves used by your opponent won't do more than a 3rd of his HP.

Moveset #2(Nasty Ploter)
Golbat w/ Evolite
Ability: Inner focus
Nature: Timid
EV spread: 252 Sp.Attack 252 Speed. 4 HP
Nasty Plot
Sludge Bomb
Heat Wave
Air Slash/Giga Drain/Shadow Ball/Taunt

[SET COMMENTS]
Similar to Crobat's Nasty Plot set. It might not be as effective as it's evolved forms, but it will surly catch you opponent off guard. With this EV spread Golbat gets 229 SP.Attack and a whooping 306 speed. Making barley fast enough to outspeed *most* of the tiers sweepers, while still being bulky enough to take a hit or 2.

[Checks and Counters]

- Stealth Rocks.
- Being an evolite user. He's always at risk of having his evolite taken away(Knock Off, Trick) He also can't use leftoves/Black Sludge. His problems in that department are the same as all the other Evolite users.
- Psychic, Electric, Ice, Rock. Some pretty big weaknesses. Can sometime prove too much too work around.
- Specific Pokemon that can give him trouble. Alakazam, Sableye, Clefable, Rotom, Manectric.
- Status. Paralyze/Burn can really bring him down. He's still usable. It's just another thing you have to try to avoid.

Woah

Please put this in the correct format and get rid of the superfluous information.

So, read this and this thread and take a look at Heysup's threads that are in QC to get an idea of what you need to do.

Nasty Plot sucks, remove it, Choice Band is iffy but you need to list Choice Band as its item... Slash Brave Bird with Super Fang on the first set. And also follow the correct format please, like Oglemi said

Edit: ya amarillo is right, remove CB as well

The Choice Band set is seriously inferior to stuff like Swellow, who actually hits harder with ability to change moves. If you want a choicer, then Braviary has a lot better attack, with access to both U-turn and Brave Bird, with additional (necessary) coverage granted by Superpower. That should not be a set listed on site.

The NP Set is pretty dubious as well-if you're going that route, I would suggest a bulky set with Roost / NP with 2 move coverage. Even then it's pretty gimmicky--i'd use a NP Mandibuzz over that and that says a lot. So I'm pretty sure you'll just have 1 set 'Eviolite Abuser' or 'Toxic Staller' and that would be more than enough.
