[SET COMMENTS]
Frosmoth's access to the coveted Quiver Dance along with its good Special Attack allows it to serve as a mediocre setup sweeper in OU. Its fantastic ability in Ice Scales doubles its Special Defense, which can generate set up opportunities against special attackers like Gengar and Toxtricity, and it has excellent power after just one boost. Unfortunately, its inability to hit Steel-types hard, middling Speed tier, bad physical Defense, and horrible defensive typing in Ice / Bug hold it back in the metagame. As a result, it is outclassed by other, more consistent setup sweepers such as Hawlucha, Gyarados, and Kommo-o. Ice Beam and Bug Buzz are the STAB moves of choice and allow Frosmoth to break some bulkier Pokemon such as Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Tyranitar. These can be backed up by Hurricane, which is Frosmoth's best option against Toxapex while also providing it with Max Airstream should it choose to Dynamax, or Giga Drain, which helps with threats such as Pyukumuku and Jellicent. Heavy-Duty Boots is the item of choice, as Frosmoth is terribly weak to all entry hazards.

Frosmoth fits best on offensive teams that can provide it with the large amount of support it needs to do its job properly. Strong wallbreakers, particularly those that can deal with the Steel-types that Frosmoth struggles with, are good partners. This makes help from the likes of Dracovish, Mamoswine, and Galarian Darmanitan extremely helpful. Toxapex is another major threat because, even at +1, Hurricane doesn't hit it particularly hard unless Frosmoth Dynamaxes. As such, partners that can deal with it such as Toxtricity and Dracozolt are appreciated.

Did my best to shorten it while still explaining why this thing isn’t good. Hope this is alright!

The first paragraph as a whole paragraph is super backwards. You're supposed to talk about the Pokemon's role in the metagame, then what it struggles with, and then specifics from the set. This is all over the place and needs to be fixed before the QC team can check this.

Frosmoth's access to the coveted Quiver Dance along with its good Special Attack allows it to serve as a mediocre set up sweeper in the OverUsed Metagame. Frosmoth has good power, and its special bulk thanks to Ice Scales can generate set up opportunities, but its inability to hit Steel types hard, mediocre speed tier, and horrible defensive typing hold it back. As a result, it is outclassed by other, more consistent set up sweepers such as Polteageist Hawlucha, Gyarados, and Kommo-o. Polteageist is the furthest thing from a consistent set up sweeper. The obligatory STABs allow Frosmoth to break some bulkier Pokemon such as Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Tyranitar. "The obligatory STABs" does not tell me anything. Specifically name the moves. These can be backed up by Hurricane, which hits Toxapex relatively hard while also providing Frosmoth with Max Airstream should it choose to Dynamax, or Giga Drain, which helps with threats such as Pyukumuku and Jellicent. Hurricane's the best option to hit Toxapex, but it doesn't hit it relatively hard. At +1, Hurricane will never 2HKO a Toxapex without any Special Defense EVs. Heavy-Duty Boots is the item of choice as Frosmoth is terribly weak to all entry hazards.

Frosmoth fits best on Balance and Offensive teams that can provide it with the large amount of support it needs to do its job properly. Strong Wallbreakers, particularly those that can deal with the Steel Types that Frosmoth struggles with, are good partners. This makes help from the likes of Dracovish, Mamoswine, and Galarian-Darmanitan extremely helpful. Hazards on the opponents side of the field are very useful for Frosmoth, which makes hazard setters such as Hippowdon and Ferrothorn good partners. Excadrill in particular can provide hazards while also spinning for sets lacking Heavy-Duty Boots while also packing a useful 4x resistance to Rock. This isn't particularly important. Add that Pokemon that can take advantage of Toxapex are important.

I'd add a bit more explanation about Ice Scales somewhere since that's Frosmoth's main draw, as long as you aren't too positive about it
evs: 252 Spa/4 Spd/252 Spe
Change this to 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe if you don't wanna get yelled at by the GP team
but its inability to hit Steel types hard, mediocre speed tier, and horrible defensive typing hold it back.
Add a mention of it's poor physical bulk to add onto the laundry list since that limits its setup opportunities a lot.

Seems good otherwise, QC 2/2
