Competitive Niche: Drampa becomes a strong pivot/cleric with great natural bulk, and hard to decipher abilities, making it extremely annoying to deal with. Fluffy allows Drampa to take on the vast majority of physical attacks. Triage will let Drampa heal with +3 priority while still having pretty good natural bulk. And Insulated reduced Ice and Fire attacks, allowing it to take almost no damage from fire attacks and makes dealing with Ice beams much better.
One of the annoying aspects that is a bit subtle is the fact that Drampa has 3 invisible abilities, one contradicting the other. One example would be how Fluffy pretty much negates Drampa's resistance to Fire attacks and makes it (most of the time) effectively neutral to Fighting, while Insulated neutralizes its Ice weakness and amplifies its Fire Resistance. So if you have want to take down a Drampa, you have to figure out if you should be hitting it with a powerful Outrage/Close Combat, or hit it with a powerful Ice Beam.
Drampa can also Utilize Fluffy with Calm Mind after making sure it is after against Toxic abusers.
