Pending Force Secret Sword Keldeo to use Resolute Forme

I'm not 100% sure why this isn't an enforced thing anyway, especially in later gens, but in-game, Keldeo cannot know Secret Sword without being in Resolute Forme from B2W2 and up. On the surface, it seems like a pointless, cosmetic thing, but it actually is a major giveaway if Keldeo is carrying the move or not.

Just to be clear, I AM meaning Secret Sword, the move that shifts Keldeo to Resolute Forme, and not Sacred Sword.

Edit: The opposite should also be enforced. No Secred Sword, no Resolute Forme.

It's definitely enforced in Gen 8+, at least in formats that have Obtainable Formes as a rule. If you don't see it change in a Gen 5-7 format, that's because you can have a Secret Sword Keldeo in the normal forme if it was taught Secret Sword in BW1, then transferred to any game up to USUM.
