Floatzel is exclusively found on offensive rain teams. Pelipper is a mandatory teammate to reliably set rain with Drizzle and compensate for Floatzel's frailty by bringing it in safely via U-turn. Choice Specs variants of Pelipper and other offensive rain partners like Azumarill, Walking Wake, and Greninja can keep up the pressure against the opposition, overwhelming shared checks like Dondozo, Toxapex, and Tera Water Garganacl.
