Filling the Passion - An OU RMT

So Ive been researching alot of stuff on the OU/BL tiers to see what I would come up with.
I came up with a few options.
Now Im warning you that this team is still in the making and needs alot of help.
So here is where I start.

Modest with Inner Focus
252 Sp. Atk/252 Spe/6 Hp
-Air Slash
-Dark Pulse
-Heat Wave
-Hp Ice (70)

Ah, how I love this set.
Air Slash for Infernape.
Dark Pulse for Azelf.
Hp Ice for Zapdos.
And Heat Wave for Metagross.
Modest allows his Sp Atk. to hit 393.

Rampardos @ Life Orb
Adamant with Mold Breaker
252 Atk/252 Spe/6 Hp

-EQ
-Stone Edge
-Rock Polish
-Zen Headbutt

Good Ol' rock Polish Rampardos.
1 polish boostes speed up to 404.
Stone Edge for what EQ can't hit.

Rhyperior @ Leftovers
Adamant with Solid Rock
132 Hp/192 Atk/168 Spe/16 Sp D.

-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn

After 2 Sd's this thing is godly throughout the match.
I love it.

Togekiss @ Life Orb
Naughty with Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk/104 Spd/152 SAtk
- Aura Sphere
- Flamethrower
- Extremespeed
- Roost

Heh. The hustle variant.
You dont see Toga's like this often.
E-Speed to Revenge kill.
Aura for coverage.
Flamethrower is self explanatory.
Ive tried Grass Knot over Aura Sphere But I see that AS works better.

-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Substitute
-Waterfall

Sets up a sub and does a little dance.
This thing has saved me and gotten 6-0's plenty of times.

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Adamant with Torrent
252 Atk/252 Hp/4 Spe

-Aqua Jet
-Swords Dance
-Waterfall
-EQ

With 2 Sd's a 894 STABBED Aqua Jet Hurts anything.
EQ for coverage
Waterfall does the same.

Firstly, I think Crobat should be given a Choice Band. It'll give him a lot more attack, and then you can bump his speed up to 394. Use Aerial Ace / U-Turn / Pursuit / Maybe Heat Wave if you use a Neutral nature and some EVs.

Although SR is everywhere, I think Rampardos should be given a Focus Sash. If you can get it in after Crobat U-Turns and go straight to him, you break a Sash, and get in a Rock Polish. Better yet, if they switch out you still have a Focus Sash to survive a priority move.

Your Kingdra is very effective, but you might want some Hit Point EVs, I'm not sure how much. Just go search around (look for RaikouLover), or new analysis in Platinum section.

I've never tried that Empoleon so I have little to say. Maybe a SubPetaya could work better?

Rhyperior and Togekiss are good, especially if you keep Crobat around for late game where it absorb the Fighting attacks aimed at Rhyperior and Empoleon.

welll, for this set, maybeyou can change the speed evs into Empoleon's defenses or all to HP since you are mostly attaking with Aqua Jet, the speed won't be that useful, so in this case:

Survivability > Speed
