[SET COMMENTS]
Escavalier's great defensive typing, Swords Dance, and sufficient coverage let it threaten top-(AH)tier threats in RU, such as Reuniclus and Celebi. However, unlike other Steel-types such as Registeel and Stakataka, Escavalier can't set Stealth Rock and isn't a sufficient check to common Flying-types like Togekiss and Crobat, making it harder to justify using. Swords Dance helps Escavalier break past passive foes like Registeel and Gastrodon. Iron Head beats Flying-types such as Noivern, Togekiss, and Crobat. Close Combat dents Steel-types such as Steelix, Registeel, and Lucario, as well Incineroar. Megahorn threatens Reuniclus without setup; however, foes like Bewear and Lucario can capitalize on a lack of Close Combat. Knock Off lets Escavalier cripple checks such as Incineroar, Noivern, and Golisopod, removing their Heavy-Duty Boots, and gives it super effective coverage against Chandelure. 64 Speed EVs and 16 Attack EVs allow Escavalier to outspeed and 2HKO Reuniclus with Swords Dance boosted Knock Off, and 160 Special Defense EVs let it avoid a 2HKO from Calm Mind-boosted Life Orb Reuniclus's Focus Blast.

Escavalier thrives on bulky teams with entry hazard setters, like Nidoqueen, as they appreciate it checking Calm Mind Reuniclus and removing Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off. Diancie and Rhyperior are notable for their ability to handle Fire-types like Chandelure and Incineroar, with Diancie also providing cleric support, and cover Escavalier's shortcoming as a Steel-type that does not resist Flying-types. Jellicent and Milotic appreciate Escavalier's ability to check Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi. Jellicent is particularly valuable as a partner if Escavalier has Megahorn, as without Close Combat, it is setup fodder for Bewear and Lucario. Crobat is an especially good teammate, as it can lure in Rock- and Steel-types like Diancie and Registeel with U-turn for Escavalier. Electric-types like Raikou and Xurkitree can pivot Escavalier in against Grass-types with Volt Switch and also cover Flying-types.

Escavalier @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 160 SpD / 84 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Close Combat
- Knock Off

This should be the sole Escavalier set. The Speed it to outspeed CM Reuniclus, Sp. Def. so +1 Life Orb Focus Blast from Reuniclus doesn't 2HKO, and the Attack ensures the 2HKO with +2 Knock Off vs. itemless Reuniclus.

  • Escavalier's great defensive typing and sufficient coverage gives it a noticeable niche in RU(This is pretty vague what specifically gives it its niche over other steels? Its able to check Reuniclus, can reliably force progress with Knock Off, and wallbreak with SD.), however It has an extremely bad speed tier meaning it is susceptible to being revenged killed and picked off easily by threats such as Darmanitan or Noivern.(Plenty of other Steel-types are slow, what specifically hurts Escavalier in comparison to the other steels? It unlike the other steels is an inadequate check to pertinent Flying-types in Togekiss and Crobat and cannot provide Stealth Rock, this makes stuff like registeel, staka, and steelix more generally applicable than escavalier is.)
  • Swords Dance allows helps Escavilier to break past passive foes like Vileplume and Bronzong Registeel and Gastrodon.(More relevant and allows -> helps, since it doesn't need SD to break regi.)
  • Iron Head is used to consistently beat Flying-types checks(Crobat is not a good escav check.) such as Noivern, Togekiss,(Togekiss is a lot of the reason to run Iron Head) and Crobat.(AP) in conjunction with Knock Off, whilst giving great neutral STAB to minimize switchins with Close Combat.(Neither of these points are really needed, or make that much sense, Iron Head's purpose is simple.)
  • Escavalier's can wall common Psychic-types such as Celebi and Reuniclus and with 84 Speed EVs it can outrun the latter mentioned and with 16 Attack EVs, Swords Dance boosted Knock Off can 2HKO itemless Reuniclus.
  • 160 Special Defence EVs with a Careful nature allows Escavalier to avoid a 2HKO from Calm Mind boosted Life Orb Reuniclus, and to check Rotom-C and Roserade whilst leftover EVs are used in order to hit the aforementioned harder.(Just explain what the EV spread does in one bullet and nothing else. Roserade and mowtom are poor examples and I do not see a good reason for Celebi to be there.)
  • Close Combat deals with defensive dents Steel-types such as Steelix, Registeel, and Cobalion, ( Semicolon -> Comma)as well Incineroar. whilst it can OHKO Incinaroar +1 with a correct prediction.(Saying you can KO Incineroar if they choose not to click overheat is not worth mentioning.)
  • Knock Off lets it deal with cripple checks throughout the game in such as Incinaroar Incineroar, Noivern, and Golisopod, removing its their Heavy-Duty Boots,(AC) and gives it super effective coverage against Chandelure. so it is prone to Entry Hazard chip and makes it easier for it to be dealt with as well as removing items from Flying-type checks such as Noivern and Togekiss.(The benefit of boots should be obvious and unnneeded to be mentioned. I put together the point about Flying-types and Incineroar, since they don't need to be seperate and I replaced Togekiss for Golisopod, since its not a great switch-in to begin with.

  • Escavalier's lack of speed means that it requires heavy support to be effective,(This logic doesn't make good sense, other Pokemon are slow, like Registeel and Steelix, and they arguably don't need a lot of support. "Heavy support" is also vague. I think you can instead focus on how Escav thrives on bulky teams with hazard setters? Its able to make use of Knock Off removing boots and a Reuniclus check is very good for fatter builds.) meaning it thrives being on bulkier teams with Entry Hazard setters.
  • Diancie pairs well with Escavalier due to it naturally checking Fire-types Darmanitan, Chandelure, and Incinaroar Incineroar,(AC) whilst and(I don't think this is correct? You're not indicating a contrast, and you're not necessarily doing these at the same time.) being able to set up Stealth Rocks and have cleric support for potential burns on Escavalier.(It also importantly covers for one of escav's shortcomings as a steel that does not resist Flying.)
  • Flygon and Volcanion serve as great teammates too as Flygon can threaten Fire-types and lure in Pokemon Escavalier can take advantage of such as Vileplume and Bronzong,(Neither of these are very relevant, and a lot of other Pokemon that Flygon can U-turn on, escav doesn't take advantage of very well. I think you can cut the flygon point entirely, especially since Flygon isn't all that reliable into Fire-types to start with.) whilst Volcanion acts as a Fire-type check, spreading Toxic to bulky Water- and Flying-types(Provide examples and you should prolly cut the flying part, since there's like Noivern which ain't a great volcanion switch-in to begin with.) Escavalier struggle against.
  • Checks to Toxic Volcanion are needed through the likes of Gastrodon, Raikou, and Umbreon. in conjunction with receiving cleric support from teammates.(Gastrodon is a pretty good check itself, Toxic + Cleric support is too specific and Gastro does it fairly well even without.)

-I think you can mention nidoqueen and rhyperior as SR setting teammates. The former appreciates Escav's ability to check Psychic-types, and the latter is good for similar reasons as Diancie. You could perhaps combine it with your Diancie point and then go on with why Diancie is especially good(cleric).
-Mention Water-type teammates like milotic and jellicent to handle Fire-types
-Mention Electric-type teammates like raikou and xurkitree to pivot it in against Grass-types and help with Escav's shortcoming as a steel which does not resist flying
-I think Crobat would be a good mention, can lure in Rock- and Steel-types with U-turn that Escav is generally favored against.

Sorry for taking long, I think this is good enough for QC 1/2, this is largely rephrasing.

  • Escavalier's great defensive typing, Swords Dance and sufficient coverage gives it a noticeable niche in RU as it checks top metagame threats such as Reuniclus and Celebi, and can wallbreak. However, it Escavalier lacks the utility from Stealth Rocks that other Steel-types have such as Registeel and Stakataka, and isn't a sufficent check to common whilst being a permanant check for Flying-types Togekiss and Crobat, making other Steel-types generally easier to justify.
  • Swords Dance helps Escavilier break past passive foes like Registeel and Gastrodon.
  • Iron Head is used to beat Flying-types such as Noivern, Togekiss, and Crobat.
  • With 64 Speed EVs, it can outrun and check Reuniclus in conjunction with 16 Attack EVs which allows Swords Dance boosted Knock Off to 2HKO it itemless. Additionally,160 Special Defence EVs with a Careful nature allows Escavilier to avoid a 2HKO from Calm Mind boosted Life Orb Focus Blast or Thunder 64 Spe EVs and 16 Atk EVs allow Escavalier to outspeed and 2HKO Reuniclus with Swords Dance boosted Knock Off, and 160 SpD EVs avoid a 2HKO from Calm Mind boosted Life Orb Reuniclus Focus Blast.

  • Escavalier thrives on bulkier teams with Entry Hazard setters as they appreciate the check to Calm Mind Reuniclus, and Escavalier is able to make use of Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots. are able to slowly wear down opponents that give Escavalier an easier time to maximise its wallbreaking capabilities. This can be met through Nidoqueen and Rhyperior setting Stealth Rock as the former appreciates Escavalier's resistance to Psychic-types and the latter checks the Fire-types that Escavalier is weak to.(Combine Rhyperior with the Diancie point and make Nidoqueen its own point after Rhyperior and Diancie, it appreciates Escavalier's ability to check Psychic-types.)
  • Diancie too pairs well with Escavalier due to it naturally checking Fire-types Darmanitan, Chandelure, and Incineroar, and being able to set up Stealth Rocks and have cleric support for potential burns on Escavalier which makes it more valuable. It is also importantly as it covers Escavalier's shortcoming from being as a Steel-type that does not resist Flying-type moves.
  • Jellicent, Milotic, or and Volcanion act as a Fire-type check, spreading Toxic to bulky Water- and Flying-types such as Togekiss, Milotic, and Vaporeon.(Only really Volcanion can spread Toxic to fat Water-types reliably and Jellicent doesn't run it. I think you could go with smth like "Moreover, Jellicent and Milotic appreciate Escavalier's ability to check Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi, and Toxic Volcanion can cripple bulky Water-type checks for Escavalier."
  • Crobat is an especially good teammate as it can lure in Rock- and Steel-types like Registeel and Diancie with U-Turn for which Escavalier usually has a favaourable matchup into.
  • Electric-type teammates Raikou and Xurkitree can pivot into Escavalier with Volt Switch against Grass-types and aid in Escavalier's shortcoming as a Steel-type which doesn't resist Flying. whilst aiding Escavalier's lack of immunity to Flying-types.
  • Checks to opposing Volcanion are needed through the likes of Gastrodon, Raikou, and Umbreon.

Remove all mentions of Cobalion, Volcanion, and Darmanitan. Add a mention of Megahorn and have it be slashed after Close Combat, without Cobalion, CC isn't a must-have anymore but do mention how Lucario and Bewear can set up for free without it (and add to the team section, mons that beat those two like Jellicent for Escavalier without CC). Megahorn is neat, as with it you don't need to set up to check Reuniclus. A final thing, the EV spread goes last in the first paragraph, kinda awkward to have it be sandwiched between like that. Now it should 2/2.
