[SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance, huge bulk, and a good defensive typing allow Iron Hands to become an incredibly threatening wallbreaker. Earth Eater allows it to set up on would-be checks like Swampert, Great Tusk, and Sandy Shocks. Substitute allows it to take advantage of foes like Empoleon, Roaring Moon, and Chien-Pao, which are forced out by it, allowing it valuable turns to set up. 172 Special Defense EVs allow its Substitute and withstand a Scald from RegenVest Manaphy, while 196 Speed EVs let it outspeed Manaphy. It is next to impossible to OHKO a full health Iron Hands behind dual screens, so support from Prankster Corviknight and Deoxys-S on hyper offense teams can help by allowing it extra turns to set up and letting it beat would-be offensive checks like Latios and Primarina. Iron Hands struggles against Unaware Pokemon, in particular Deoxys-D and Scream Tail, so teammates that can threaten them like Gengar and Ceruledge make for good partners. Barraskewda and Chien-Pao are teammates that enjoy the presence of Iron Hands, as it is excellent at trading itself to remove would-be checks to them like physically defensive Primarina and Manaphy, Intimidate Corviknight, and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon. Strong special attackers like Deoxys-S, Azelf, and Walking Wake can be troublesome for Iron Hands, forcing it out; as a result, bulky special walls like Swampert, Manaphy, and Blissey are appreciated by it.

Swords Dance, huge bulk, and a good defensive typing allow Iron Hands to become an incredibly threatening wallbreaker when paired with Earth Eater. Earth Eater allows it to set up on would be checks like Swampert,(AC) Great Tusk,(AC) and Sandy Shocks. Drain Punch provides Iron Hands with recovery, while Thunder Punch allows Iron Hands to hit Manaphy, Primarina, and Mandibuzz for super effective damage. STABs don't need to be explained Substitute allows it to take advantage of the foes forced out by its presence such as?, buying it valuable turns to set up. 164 Speed EVs allow it to outspeed uninvested Skarmory, preventing it from switching in and outspeeding with Roost to wall it. EV spread lets sub live scald from regenvest manaphy and outspeeds minspeed manaphy It is next to impossible to KO a full health Iron Hands behind a screen so support from Prankster Corviknight and Deoxys-S can allow it extra turns to set up and KO would be offensive checks like Latios and Primarina. Iron Hands struggles into Unaware Pokemon, in particular Deoxys-D and Scream Tail, as it relies on low base power moves for most of its damage output. what teammates help with these mons? Earth Eater Iron Hands also does not enjoy status, and is easily outsped leaving it threatened by Heatran, Cinderace, and Mandibuzz. these mons usually don't want to risk clicking a status move against it unless absolutely necessary

where is the mention of teammates that benefit from iron hands?

also mention special attackers that can force it out (deoxys-s, azelf, etc) and teammates that can deal with them

Swords Dance, huge bulk, and a good defensive typing allow Iron Hands to become an incredibly threatening bulky wallbreaker and sweeper when paired with Earth Eater. Earth Eater allows it to set up on would be checks like Swampert, Great Tusk, and Sandy Shocks. Substitute allows it to take advantage of foes like Empoleon, Roaring Moon, and Chien-Pao, who are forced out by its presence, allowing it valuable turns to set up. 172 SpD EVs allows for a substitute to withstand a Scald from RegenVest Manaphy, while 196 Speed EVs let Iron Hands to outspeed it, if uninvested. It is next to impossible to KO a full health Iron Hands behind a screen so support from Prankster Corviknight and Deoxys-S on hyper offense teams can allow it extra turns to set up and KO would be offensive checks like Latios and Primarina. This sentence to me feels completely unnecessary. Iron Hands already has incredible bulk, it doesn't require screens support. Iron Hands struggles into Unaware Pokemon, in particular Deoxys-D and Scream Tail, so teammates that can threaten them like Gengar and Ceruledge make for good partners. Barraskewda and Chien-Pao are among teammates who enjoy the presence of Iron Hands, as it is excellent at trading to remove would-be checks like Desolate Land Heatran, Intimidate Corviknight, and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon. Hands is scared of Heatran since it doesn't want to be burnt by Will-O-Wisp Strong special attackers like Deoxys-S, Azelf, and Sheer Force Gengar can be troublesome for Iron Hands, forcing it out, as such, bulky special walls like Swampert, Manaphy, and Blissey are appreciated by it.

Swords Dance, huge bulk, and a good defensive typing allow Iron Hands to become an incredibly threatening wallbreaker when paired with Earth Eater I'd reword this slightly, right now it sounds like EE is what turns Hands into a Wallbreaker, when it's more of a defensive ability. 172 SpD EVs allows for a substitute to withstand a Scald from RegenVest Manaphy, while 196 Speed EVs let Iron Hands to outspeed it, if uninvested You specified RegenVest earlier, and that set always runs 0 speed. It is next to impossible to OHKO a full health Iron Hands behind a screen dual screens, so support from Prankster Corviknight and Deoxys-S on hyper offense teams can allow it extra turns to set up and KO beat would be offensive checks like Latios and Primarina. Iron Hands struggles into Unaware Pokemon, in particular Deoxys-D and Scream Tail, so teammates that can threaten them like Gengar and Ceruledge make for good partners. Barraskewda and Chien-Pao are among teammates who enjoy the presence of Iron Hands, as it is excellent at trading to remove would-be checks like Desolate Land Heatran Neither Pao or Barra struggles into Heatran (Barra runs Drill Run and ohkoes it and Pao just crunches), and Hands doesn't really want to trade with it either, something like Defensive Primarina or PhysDef Manaphy could be a better mention, Intimidate Corviknight, and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon. Strong special attackers like Deoxys-S, Azelf, and Sheer Force Gengar Walking Wake Gengar actually does little due to the SpDef investment, Wake can actually OHKO you can be troublesome for Iron Hands, forcing it out, as such, bulky special walls like Swampert, Manaphy, and Blissey are appreciated by it.

The removal of Heatran was good, since Iron Hands is both scared of Will-O, but is also overall taking too much damage from sun-boosted Magma Storms, so good catch. Screens support however is actually something that Hands can benefit from, and it's thanks to Substitute, because by having screens up in combination with the bulk it becomes really difficult for the opponent to break the substitute, making Iron Hands super threatening. The word "sweeper" is also mostly used for faster targets, but you could make a case for it here. Overall, much better than previous QC checks, but make sure to keep up with the metagame so you are aware of relevant team structures and metagame staples, good work!
