Notably Different Mechanics:

• Sleep lasts 2-5 turns, the counter does not reset upon switching out
• Magic Coat does not reflect entry hazards, Taunt, or Torment
• Extreme Speed has a priority of +1
• Toxic is 85% accurate
• Taunt lasts 2-4 turns
• Pokémon holding Life Orb will not take recoil damage hitting a substitute
• Encore lasts from 3-7 turns
• Explosion halves the target's defense (250*2=500 BP)
• The first Pokemon slot is your lead; no Team Preview

The DPP Viability Ranking hasn't been updated in years, so it's finally time for an overhaul. We've assembled a list of qualified voters for this based of the following criteria:
PUPL - 3 wins or 5 games
DPP PL - 2 wins or 4 games
DPP PU Cup - Finalists

Anyone is welcome to post their own personal VR and thoughts on the metagame, even if your name isn't on the list above!

Some notes about the vr process:

• We'll be using this tier maker list to vote, please post a screenshot of your tier list here in the thread once you're done voting. You're also welcome and encouraged to discuss any of your placements or the tier as a whole. Once the deadline is met i'll aggregate all votes and present the updated vr here. Of course you can fill out your own tier list and share it here even if you're not a qualified voter, we'd love to hear everyone's opinions out!
• We only added the currently ranked mons, and just a few others such as Stantler, Banette and Cherrim (hi ManOfMany) to the tier maker list, so if you'd like to vote for a currently unranked mon to get ranked then please write it down in your message.
• Again, reasonings are fully optional but very appreciated!
• Get your votes in within this week, I'll be posting the results next Monday

 

[HSOWA]

add Sableye to C and the Arena Trap mons to D. Glalie is probs too high but spikes are broken. Admittingly some mons like Lapras or Pinsir I haven't really used at all so I might be underrating them

Was on the fence for moving Metang and Magmar down n Glalie and Machoke up for the high ranks. I agree with HSOWA on Sableye probably being deserving of C, but I also would nuke the C rank in the first place. That being said would put Arena Trap in C asw. Lower rank mons that deserve more usage would be Lapras, Grovyle, and Pinsir imo. Wouldve maybe put them higher if they had more games.

 

[Estarossa]

Felt a bit top heavy in size on higher ranks but thats this tier in a nut shell ig. I've defo got ampharos higher than most ppl will but I just rate its consistency as a resttalker and spdef sponge thats pretty offensively threatening (and broken static) an insane amount. Camerupt is goat and I rate offensive rocks sets massively especially during last PUPL. Stuff isn't ordered within the subranks.
