Just wanting to comment on the latest edit by misaki (first sentence):

While Ho-oh is inferior to its counterpart, Lugia defensively, it can cause havoc offensively and can surprise

The underlined part is rather awkward to me. It sounds like "Lugia defensively" is the name of the counterpart because of the way the commas are placed.

While Ho-oh is defensively inferior to its counterpart, Lugia, it can cause havoc offensively and can surprise...

This is a far superior wording, it removes all the ambiguity involved in having the word defensively hovering around the word Lugia and tidies up the commas a little bit.
