I think it would be awesome if you could create a game-mode that allows you to create your own original moves, and battle your friends with them. Of course it wouldn't be ranked, because of some of the overpowered things people could create, but it would be cool if it could work in ranked matches with a balancing system for the move's damage/effects. I would really like to see this added in, because it would be awesome to be able to create your own moves and battle your friends with them.

1. I think this might be a duplicate, since I remember seeing similar suggestions before
2. Regardless, likely the best way to do something like what you’re describing would be to set up your own PS server and add all the custom moves you want to it. This would probably work well for playing with a friend, since you could just challenge each other in pms.
I don’t see any sort of ranked format with that happening at all though.

Tried looking all over, but apparently this hasnt been suggested surprisingly. Also, there's currently a bounty for a feature to customize a pokemon (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threa...e-stats-for-custom-games.3669135/post-8587636), and i doubt this would be easier to implement, so something like this would take a long time.
