Pending Custom Game: add more mods to it!

I'm sure lots of people still play scalemons or similar thanks to challenges mods, but there's definitely other players who would like to play other mods like shared power, pokebilities, unawaremons, etc... in custom game for a better experience.

OM mods only exist because they don’t need robust modifications compared to shared power and etc. You can add gen9sharedpower to formats to get a similar effect but this is close to outside the realm of feasibility.

the problem with adding certain formats to the custom rules is that all their rules are passed down, and there's no way that I know of to change this, even by trying to allow everything again with ! obtainable or + all pokemon, having them as mods would allow to mix formats without being restricted by their rules and clauses
