Approved Custom Format option for Teambuilder

Essentially what I would like is to be able to create custom formats in teambuilder, this would make it much easier to sort through pokemon and make sure I'm not breaking any rules for custom formats without having to manually check the rules myself to ensure that I didn't accidentally add anything that is against the rules of that custom format.

This is probably a decent idea in the long run but I don’t know if it’ll get implemented very soon. Just putting it out there that metagames are added to ps on an as-needed basis.
