Rejected - Inactive Create a Graphics option to "Disable Idle Animations"

So the mon's moves will animate, but the mons themselves won't be flitting about. Obviously, this is the default for gens before the sprites were animated. You can "sort of" play this way on Gens 5 and later, by clicking "Use BW sprites instead of XY models", however any mon which has a BW sprite will still be doing its little dance.

I believe that this should not be challenging to implement, because there is a way a user can already do this, but it is highly inconvenient. One has to have "disable animations" checked, then before the turn resolves "enable animations". You will then get to see the still sprites with the move animations. You'd then have to keep disabling and enabling animations this way every turn which obviously isn't ideal, so hopefully we can implement the suggested feature.
