[SET COMMENTS]
Cramorant's access to the rare Defog, a decent defensive Flying / Water typing, and unique ability in Gulp Missile might make it look appealing as a bulky Defogger, but in reality, it is completely outclassed in this role. Middling stats, a somewhat limited movepool, and extreme competition from other Water- and Flying-types seals Cramorant's fate in the tier. Cramorant's best hope is to lean heavily on its unique traits in Defog and Gulp Missile, but it cannot be stressed enough that this set is still outclassed by Pokemon such as Corviknight and Mandibuzz. Roost gives Cramorant longevity in its quest to deal with certain special attackers such as Dragapult lacking Thunderbolt. Surf is necessary to activate Gulp Missile, which can potentially be used to cripple the opposing Pokemon by either lowering its Defense or paralyzing it, depending on how much health Cramorant has at the time. Hurricane prevents Cramorant from being completely stuffed by Water-immune Pokemon such as Seismitoad. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Cramorant to switch into entry hazards and remove them without taking damage in the process.

Cramorant can form a relatively solid defensive core with Ferrothorn, as they have excellent type synergy. Do keep in mind that such a core requires a solid answer to Rotom-H, however, which makes Pokemon such as Hydreigon and Kommo-o good partners as well. Cramorant really struggles against Water-immune Pokemon like Seismitoad and Jellicent, so having something that can deal with them such as Toxtricity or Clefable is welcome. Pokemon that can take advantage of Gulp Missile are recommended. Priority users such as Aegislash and Bisharp can potentially use the Defense drops to pick off a faster foe, while slower wallbreakers such as Dracovish and Tyranitar can use the Speed drop from paralysis to get the jump on their opponents. Pokemon with weaknesses to entry hazards such as Togekiss appreciate Cramorant's access to Defog, as it allows them to switch into battle with less difficulty.

Yo few things:

Cramorant's best hope is to lean heavily on its unique traits of Defog and Gulp Missile, but it cannot be stressed enough that this set is still outclassed by Pokemon such as Mandibuzz and Toxapex.
Comparing this thing to Pex is just kinda weird. Its main "use" is as a Defogger, so it makes sense for you to compare it to Mandi, but not Pex. Yeah it's a bulky Water but they do completely different things. Just remove that mention entirely.

Priority users such as Aegislash and Bisharp can potentially use the Defense drops to pick off a faster foe, while a paralyzed opponent can potentially give set up opportunities to the likes of Polteageist and Gyarados or allow slower wallbreakers such as Dracovish and Tyranitar to get the jump on their opponents.
Polteageist is very rarely used and Gyara fell off a lot post dyna. To be honest, speed boosting sweepers really aren't a common site atm, the only one I can really think of is Kommo-o. I think mentioning relevant breakers, which you already have, is good enough, as they appreciate the paralysis support for obvious reasons.

Pokemon with weaknesses to entry hazards such as Galarian Darmanitan and Rotom-Heat appreciate Cramorant's access to Defog as it allows them to switch into battle with less difficulty.
Rotom-H isn't that great of an example because it most commonly runs Heavy Duty Boots. Scarf is viable but it's just not used very much.

Other than that, I have nothing else to say. I've never used this thing nor have any intent on it, so I don't really care if there's a better set out there. If someone else on QC really wants to try and optimize a shit mon be my guest. Good job.

while a paralyzed opponent can allow slower wallbreakers such as Dracovish and Tyranitar to get the jump on their opponents.
This might be more of a gp thing, but I think you can reword this part to start off with slower wallbreakers, and then include the part about taking advantage of paralyzed opponents.
Cramorant's interesting utility movepool and unique ability in Gulp Missile
I think you could mention typing instead as both Mantine and Pelipper lost Defog this generation. The utility movepool is pretty barren outside of Roost and Defog, but Cramorant is technically unique in being the only Water-type that gets access to Defog.

There isn't much to say as this mon is unfortunately extremely limited. Good job 2/2

Do not run Scald as a second move, Cramorant suffers because of the prevalence of Water immunities due to Dracovish’s popularity. Change this to something like Hurricane and mention Cramorant’s problems with prevalent Water immunities, and highlight teammates that beat or take advantage of Seismitoad and Jellicent in Team Options. Also mention if running Cramorant with Ferrothorn, you need a solid answer to Rotom-H and provide one example.

Roost gives Cramorant longevity in its quest to deal with certain special attackers (Lowercase) such as Dragapult lacking Thunderbolt. Surf is necessary to activate Gulp Missile, which can potentially be used to cripple the opposing Pokemon by either lowering its Defense or paralyzing it, (AC) depending on how much health Cramorant has at the time. Hurricane prevents Cramorant from being completely stuffed by Water-(AH)immune Pokemon such as Seismitoad. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Cramorant to switch into entry hazards and remove them without taking Stealth Rock damage in the process. (Since you already referred to them using "entry hazards" and "them", it's better not to specify in this context)

The spacing in the types is there on purpose.

Cramorant's access to the rare Defog, a decent defensive Flying/Water Flying / Water typing, and unique ability in Gulp Missile might make it look appealing as a bulky Defogger, but in reality, it is completely outclassed in this role.

There is no space after the hyphen in the part connected to "type". So it should be "Water- and Flying-types".

Middling stats, a somewhat limited movepool, and extreme competition from other Water- and Flying- types Water- and Flying-types seals Cramorant's fate in the tier.

Same thing here with Water-immune. Water-immune not Water- immune.

Hurricane prevents Cramorant from being completely stuffed by Water- immune Water-immune Pokemon such as Seismitoad.
Cramorant really struggles against Water- immune Water-immune Pokemon like Seismitoad and Jellicent, so having something that can deal with them such as Toxtricity or Clefable is welcome.

Fix these issues and then it will be done
