Delphox @ Choice Specs
Ability: Blaze
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Trick

Delphox absolutely does work to this core. Fire Blast OHKO's MegaLix and Grass Knot is a guaranteed 2HKO on Slowking.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Delphox Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 96+ SpD Mega Steelix: 462-546 (130.5 - 154.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Delphox Grass Knot (80 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Slowking: 220-260 (55.8 - 65.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

This core is pretty nice ngl, the only thing I hate is its massive Houndoom weakness:

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Sucker Punch
Houndoom wins 1v1 against Slowking and against Steelix if Sturdy has been broken.
252 SpA Life Orb Houndoom Dark Pulse vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Slowking: 281-330 (71.5 - 83.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
8 SpA Slowking Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Houndoom: 210-248 (72.1 - 85.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Houndoom Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 96+ SpD Mega Steelix: 359-424 (101.4 - 119.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
4 Atk Mega Steelix Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Houndoom: 506-596 (173.8 - 204.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Bitches love underscores

Gourgeist-Super @ Leftovers
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 248 HP / 60 Def / 200 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Seed Bomb
- Fire Blast
- Synthesis

What has no thumbs and checks this core? That guy! Gourgeist-XL outspeeds both of them and threatens them with a burn. Seed Bomb does decent damage to Slowking and Wisp helps it break through Slack Off spam. While Mega Lix's Heavy Slams deal more damage to Gourgeist-XL than Fire Blast does to Mega Lix, Gourgeist-XL has access to recovery and deal more damage after Mega Lix has been burned. It's not a perfect check though since Toxic and a potential Scald burn can seriously impair Gourgeist-XL's ability to break through them.

0 Atk Gourgeist-Super Seed Bomb vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Slowking: 144-170 (36.6 - 43.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery and burn damage
+1 0 SpA Slowking Scald vs. 248 HP / 200+ SpD Gourgeist-Super: 59-69 (15.8 - 18.4%) -- possible 8HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 0 SpA Slowking Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 60 Def Gourgeist-Super: 103-123 (27.6 - 32.9%) -- 79.1% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 0 SpA Slowking Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 60 Def Gourgeist-Super: 138-163 (36.9 - 43.6%) -- 99.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Gourgeist-Super Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 96+ SpD Mega Steelix: 90-106 (25.4 - 29.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
76 Atk Mega Steelix Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 60 Def Gourgeist-Super: 135-159 (36.1 - 42.6%) -- 94.6% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
76 Atk burned Mega Steelix Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 60 Def Gourgeist-Super: 67-79 (17.9 - 21.1%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery

Emboar @ Leftovers
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect
- Flare Blitz
- Superpower

As I stated in my last post, the core is really weak to Houndoom and grass types, bulky emboar is a really nice check to both of this, and it can spread burn to get chip damage on water types that can check CM king.

Tyrantrum @ Life Orb
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Outrage
- Superpower
- Rock Polish

LO Tyrantrum is a real threat to the core, if he finds the opportunity to switch on the field it will have an easy job breaking down the core, with Outrage killing Druddigon and 2HKOing Mola, and Head Smash does a rough damage too!

hi guys

Audino @ Audinite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Alo and Drud are both unable to do much against Mega Audino. If dino gets worn down, it can just rest up to full. dino uses these two as setup fodder and can beat both of them with ease.

0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 248 HP / 4 SpD Mega Audino: 34-42 (8.3 - 10.2%) -- possibly the worst move ever

0 Atk Druddigon Fire Punch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Mega Audino: 39-47 (9.5 - 11.4%) -- possible 9HKO

HypnoEmpire

Yokatta...
Meloetta @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

Sets up Sub on both easily and Calm Minds on them. Doesn't switch in easily in fear of status but beats them otherwise.
0 Atk Druddigon Dragon Tail vs. 252 HP / 240 Def Meloetta: 72-85 (17.8 - 21%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Meloetta: 34-42 (8.4 - 10.3%) -- possibly the worst move ever

Steelix @ Steelixite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 76 SpD / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Roar

The starting core is pretty passive, so I think that Steelix can be a great addition to the core, as it can soft check almost all the setup sweepers that threaten the core! Also Toxic+Roar is pretty nice to get some chip damage on the opposing team mixing the status spreading with the shuffling :) Steelix also appreciates the wish passes from mola

Druddigon @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Punch
- Glare

Spdef Druddigon can be pretty hard to pass through for this core, as its decen bulk and good typing allows him to threaten all the mons of the core. Dragon Tail shuffles Samurott if it got a boost taking, although it gets a good amount of damage by Megahorn. Pair it with a good wishpasser (i.e. mola or aromatisse) and you will have a really good check to the core!

Also this core has some problem passing through a balanced core consisting of Amoonguss+Houndoom, as Amoonguss can wall Rotom and Samurott, while Houndoom pursuit traps Delphox, preventing him to come in and beat Amoonguss!

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Stun Spore

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire

Ok, there's 2 Pokemon I see being a major problem and another that can be really annoying under certain circumstances:

Durant @ Choice Band
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- X-Scissor
- Iron Head
- SuperPower
- Thunder Fang / Baton Pass

Really, any variant of Durant threatens to trash this core really badly, but the Choice Band threat is most threatening since it doesn't take a turn to use Hone Claws and just fires off attacks right off the bat. It fears Blizzard, Focus Blast, and Scald, but these are the only moves this core can threaten Durant with. If Durant gets in, you'd better have a reliable response because there's no way that Mega Abomasnow and Slowking are taking a single X-Scissor. Iron Head and SuperPower also do a hefty amount to Mega Abomasnow, so things are worse if Durant gets in against it.

Escavalier @ Assault Vest / Choice Band
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 164 HP / 252 Atk / 92 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Drill Run / Pursuit

Escavalier is perhaps even worse for this core as Mega Abomasnow has no real way to deter it from coming in. Slowking can at least threaten a Scald burn and most smart players aren't going to send in Escavalier against Slowking directly in fear of a possible Fire Blast, but Scald is the only move Escavalier fears from this core. What makes matters worse is that Overcoat ensures that Escavalier isn't worn down by Hail damage. Megahorn rips both Mega Abomasnow and Slowking to shreds. Choice Banded Escavaliers aren't as durable vs. Mega Abomasnow, but many of these run Pursuit, which means they will be more of a pain for Slowking to deal with.

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 220 Atk / 36 SAtk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Fire Blast
- Crunch

Much like with Durant, any Houndoom set can be a nuisance once Slowking loses its Colbur Berry, but the trapper set is worse thanks to this Houndoom hitting Slowking on its weaker defense stat. Thankfully for this core, Slowking's Colbur Berry can feign Choice Specs, thus allowing you to lure Houndoom in with a Psyshock, only to eat a Crunch / Pursuit and Scald it for a KO. However, if the Colbur Berry has already been used up, Houndoom can become quite tricky for this core to work around, although Mega Abomasnow's sheer power is enough to prevent free switch-ins unless it's off of a KO.

Ok just gonna drop this now:

Samurott @ Lum Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Megahorn
- Aqua Jet

Samurott can be quite problematic due to its good Attack stat and access to Megahorn, which can KO both Slowking and Abomasnow after some Stealth Rock damage. Its mono Water typing lets switch into Abomasnow and Slowking's respective Ice and Water-type moves comfortably, although getting burnt would be cumbersome. Even then, Lum Berry allows Samurott to mitigate this issue slightly. Samurott should also be careful with switching into Wood Hammer, as it cleanly KOs it.

Emboar @ Leftovers
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp
- SuperPower

Physically defensive Emboar is a very reliable answer to Durant and Escavalier thanks to its 4x Bug resistance. It can proceed to OHKO both with Flare Blitz or throw out a Will-O-Wisp on a predicted switch-in. It also answers Houndoom quite nicely thanks to its secondary Fighting typing also giving a Dark resistance. Unfortunately, Emboar is able to do absolutely nothing to help with the SD Samurott weakness, but considering how hard it is to find a Pokemon to handle both Durant and Houndoom, you can simply utilize something else to beat SD Samurott.

Alomomola @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 120 HP / 136 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Scald
- Toxic

Mola can check quite decently all the above threats, although it has to rely on scald burns to check decently Samurott :( Also the double water core can be reductant but since King doesn't really act as a tank but as a Wallbreaker a pivot like Mola can fit the core imo

Flygon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power / Roost
- Defog

Flygon is a decent partner for Abomasnow + Slowking because it offensively checks most of the threats said above, with Fire Blast for Durant and Escavalier and Earth Power or Draco for Houndoom. (Draco hits Rott pretty hard as well) Flygon also provides a neat Electric immunity, a Ground immunity, and Defog support. Overall, Flygon is a great member for Aboma + King.

252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Durant: 806-951 (313.6 - 370%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Durant: 247-292 (96.1 - 113.6%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Fire Blast vs. 174 HP / 0 SpD Escavalier: 437-515 (134.8 - 158.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Fire Blast vs. 174 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Escavalier: 291-343 (89.8 - 105.8%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Houndoom: 239-282 (82.1 - 96.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Houndoom: 330-393 (113.4 - 135%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Samurott: 266-316 (80.3 - 95.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Samurott: 298-352 (90 - 106.3%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Samurott: 187-220 (56.4 - 66.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
