Competitive team amongst friends with custom rule set.

Okay so we are playing ORAS and have a custom rule set in place to make things more interesting. The rules are as follows: 1, we have to have each starter in our party at all times. 2, no legendaries. 3, every Pokemon has to be obtainable within the ORAS games.

My team is going to centralize around a mega Sceptile and consists of the following.

1. Mega Sceptile
Ability: Overgrow
Nature: Timid
Item: Sceptileite

1. Leaf Storm
2. Leach Seed
3. Dragon Pulse
4. Substitute
EV's: 252 Sp Atk, 252 Spe, and 4 HP
Max IV's as well

2. Blaziken

Item: Life Orb

3. Low Kick
4. Stone Edge
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, and 4 def

3. Swampert
