Originally I was gonna nom Double Dance Lando-T, but then I remembered about this thing.
Sash Nihilego is incredibly versatile in that it can be tailored to beat pretty much whatever it needs to. Going off the "threatlist" in cant say's post, this thing bops
Xard(252 SpA Nihilego Power Gem vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Charizard X: 152-182 (99.3 - 118.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO) and
Volc (252 SpA Nihilego Power Gem vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 264-312 (163.9 - 193.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO), can somewhat deal with
Mimikyu (in a pinch), and still has a plethora of good options to fill the last two slots, allowing us to beat whatever we may need to.
Personally I think
Psychic is a good option as it allows us to handle
Mega Venu (252 SpA Nihilego Psychic vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Venusaur: 88-104 (47 - 55.6%) -- 67.2% chance to 2HKO) which can't touch us outside of the rare Earthquake (and we still beat EQ varieties thanks to the Focus Sash) and put huge dents in
Breloom(though I think this is already handled by Bulu and Cress).
Stealth Rock is nice as it really helps out the offensive mode on the team, breaking the sashes and Sturdy of the only mons capable of handling a boosted Blaziken, and generally easing calcs. It also massively helps up our matchup vs both Zards and Volcarona.
Toxic Spikes can really help out the Stall matchup (which personally I don't think is too bad thanks to Blaziken), and also goes excellently with Bulu+Tran forcing switches (and Tran being SubTectTox already), allowing us to potentially rack up huge passive damage on the opponent's team. It's also complimented well by the Focus Sash and Nihilego's great speed, meaning that you're almost guaranteed to get up two layers against most opponents.
Mirror Coat is a little more of an abstract pick, but between Nihilego's great SpDef and HP (and Focus Sash!), it can devastate unprepared Special attackers. Personally the biggest use I see for it here is beating most
hard Baton Pass setups, which usually finishes with something like an Espeon being able to fire off stupidly boosted Stored Powers. With the Focus Sash we can live these, and OHKO back with Mirror Coat.
Grass Knot is also a bit of an uncommon pick, I mainly listed it here to ease the rain matchup - though probably unnecessary thanks to Bulu, it does allow Nihilego to tackle
Politoed and
Swampert, which means it can beat all the most common setters on its own (
Peli is handled by Power Gem).
